    OMG, THIS ACTUALLY WORKED L0L AFTER GOING TO 10-15 FAKE VIDEOS I FOUND A REAL ONE WHICH ACTUALLY WORKS....THIS IS WORTH TRYING...I HURT MY ANKLE WHILE A FOOTBALL MATCH AND I USED THS VIDEO...NOW I AM BACK ON TRACK AND READY TO WIN THE NEXT GAME BECAUSE OF THIS !! :)

    Will this help with chronic posterior tibial tendonitis? I have pronation and have been to PT (helped somewhat) but after 9 months of pain, I’m wondering if this might help the tendon to heal. I don’t want to inflame the area. Thoughts?

    Everytime i workout with cardio (,low impact)...my ankles start to hurt..it feels like it's my achilles and around the ankle??? I'm not sure and when I roll my ankle to try and relieve some pain and stretch they pop. Would this help? I want to workout but it seems like everytime I start I get set back.

    Doing a step down I guess I landed in way that irritated my ankle. Didn’t land hard I’m not sure what I did wrong for it to cause some irritation. Any suggestions?

    Think I have some issues regarding this at the minute. I currently run about 70 miles a week and have had pain just under the inner ankel bone, slightly sore when walking and only sore when I run for my 1st 2/3 miles then a bit of pain the rest of the time. Any advice many thanks.

    My pain is very specific just above the ankle bone on inside. No pain walking, stairs, working, pushing/pulling heavy food cages, etc. Can move ankle around easily without pain. BUT when i run after 1 mile then boom, i get it. Rest a bit then boom after few hundred yards. Had few weeks off running and still no change. Im a runner of 36 years and regular sub 17:30 runner 5km. Be very grateful for some help. Cheers.

      So I now recovered from this. It went overnight after swimming. Must have been a shin splint. Back to full running speed in January. The body is a funny thing rh.
