fable 3 was my first fable game and I enjoyed it because I never played the first two and did not know what to expect. However fable 3 did one thing bad that stuck out to me. It made itself out to be this grandiose game but it really was a short and linear game.
I’m not 100% sure if I’d put it in my top 5 in terms of technical excellence but in terms of how a game makes you feel and the memories it leaves you with, Fable 2 may quite possibly be my number 1. For it’s time it certainly is a masterpiece imo.
Fable 3 reaction is right on point when it was released. But in the past 5 years I've replayed it a few times and fable 3 is pretty fun when you think about it like a landlord simulator.
El tema principal me hace sentir lastima por gorrión perdio a su hermana no tiene padres y tuene que decidir entre el bien comun o salvar a su fiel acompañante ❤
A couple months ago I played through fable 1 after almost 13 years.. never played the lost chapters or anything and forgot it even existed so it was like a happy surprise😂
Fable 2 had the best landlord system out of the bunch. Direct deposit, no maintenance or upkeep costs minus furniture. Fable 1 was good, but you needed to visit every building you own and pick up the money personally, which was time consuming. Fable 3 had direct deposit, but you needed to continually pay for upkeep and maintenance so you can get the most money.
People often tend to mistake "the worst of a series" and "a bad game". Fable III was the first I played and I frickin loved it. In a way, I preferred Fable III more than The Lost Chapters.
I'll never comprehend Lionheads thought process that LESS magic was a better option. Fable 1 MC barrels through every other MC with no difficulty whatsoever
When I was younger I loved Fable 2. I played that game for multiple years hours on end. Loved the game more than the first and I always think about that game every so often.

I'm surprised they never did a prequel since almost all traces of the Old Kingdom were gone and the age of heroes was basically done after the first Fable.
First fable I ever played was fable 3, I loved it so much. The whole becoming a king and having choices the entire way was so much fun. Honesty played it through almost 10 times just to try and save enough money to have every citizen live at the end. I started fable 2 and just is not as refined as one because of the different of age but I need to try to complete it. Reason for post: Fable 3 good
The 1st two entries were masterpieces i think we can all agree, the 3rd iteration was genuinely fun though... I think it gets a bad wrap because the style was just because it was so different from the 1st two...
If only Hero Saving was kept in Fable: TLC (maxing out a character and gear before the arena quest was over is just amazing) the SoA wasn’t Uber nerfed lmao.
Fable 3 had a really fun story and felt really immersive using characters and locations from 2. Was a great sequel, unlike Tears of the Kingdom was for Breath of the Wild, which failed spectacularly at connecting the two games
The first fable is my favorite and while fable 2 is better I prefer 3 over it because it was the first one I played and I always had good memories of it especially with Walter and all of the characters and the fact I could be a dick of a ruler and just let everyone die while they go into poverty
Fable 2 is my personal favorite. I loved 3 as well, despite y'all. There were elements from both I loved and wish I could add to the other and vice versa to make the perfect game. Just combine them. Fable 2 has my fucking heart though. So many amazing memories playing that game.
Yup I would agree with this. I played the crap out of number 2. One of the few games I've ever gotten 100% on. And I've done it a few times now. Number 1 was the best for the nostalgic and story, however 2 had an amazing balance of new technological advances in gaming being able to render larger worlds with more polygons and better graphics as well as the classic story line. 3 had great physics and looked good. That's about it.
Playing fable 1 now is good back in those days i play it in the first Xbox there was a lot of loading screens, but it was good in that time, i fucking enjoy the 1, 2 and 3, pretty good games
I played Fable III for the first time about a year ago, after not playing it because of how bad it apparently was. But I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. The characters were great, the rebellion story-line, and being a King and having to make complex decisions was a real fantasy to live out. I’d say for me the original Fable is still the best, it had the best atmosphere and encompassed everything good about the series, and 3 just barely edges out 2 for me, because I really liked being a King. But 2 is wonderful and probably a better game objectively speaking. Great series. Hope the next game does feels at home with the first 3, but still gives us something fresh!
Tbh I loved fable 2 and 3. They were lots of fun with great story and replay ability. I tried very hard to finish fable anniversary but I was disappointed but lack of dog.
Fable 3 was probably either the greatest fable or at least a very close 2nd behind Fable 1. I honestly prefer the theme, styling & combat of 1st but the gameplay & mechanics/features of the 3rd.

Bad gameplay design, Poor combat balance and design. Magic overpowered, melee bad, no challenge because if u die u just respawn.
No minimap, instead a crappy and inaccurate breadcrum trail that disappears.
Breakable boxes with nothing in them
Bad guy should have been the brother, instead we get a worse villain
CONSTANT loading screens, when you have lots of money you find that yuo dont have much to spend it on, only shops and gear.
Just play fable 1, and you'll see why fable 3 is so much worse
@jackugly9817 I've played all 3, I love all 3. Sounds like you need a life
It’s definitely not as good as 2, but I still had lots of fun playing it. I’d say it’s as enjoyable as the first one, and that’s a bad thing because it literally came out in 2004. Even with the huge limitations of the time, 1 is preferred over 3
Homelander perfectly expressed how I feel about Fable 1 and not gonna lie, Fable 3 is pretty good, BUT Fable 4, couldn't even finish it, ended up just watching someone vids on CZcams about how the story ends instead 😂
I honestly love the entire trilogy. 3 has my favorite music, settings, and side quests.
Fable 3 is my favorite :(
Same! I beat 3 so countless times on the 360…. Such a beautiful game
Dont worry, Fable 3 is good, and our opinions are valid. These guys just think in the past
"Old is gold"
"It was my childhood"
Blah blah blah.
@@Dante1920 Nah Fable 3 is easily the weakest. They strip back most of the RPG elements. The male character model looks like a dweeb lol. The armor sets aren't that great. When evil you just look pale and sickly. One of the only improvements was the property management and magic tattoos. And I do enjoy Fable 3, its a good game. But doesn't hold a candle to 1 or what I remember of 2 (haven't played it since launch)
fable 3 was a great game for what it was, just felt a little different.
fable 3 was my first fable game and I enjoyed it because I never played the first two and did not know what to expect. However fable 3 did one thing bad that stuck out to me. It made itself out to be this grandiose game but it really was a short and linear game.
fable 1 was my favorite game as a child.
I’m not 100% sure if I’d put it in my top 5 in terms of technical excellence but in terms of how a game makes you feel and the memories it leaves you with, Fable 2 may quite possibly be my number 1. For it’s time it certainly is a masterpiece imo.
The only thing I remember of Fable 3 is "BAAAAAAAALLS!!!"
I didn't even know fable the journey existed until today...
Fable 2 was my first ever gaming experience when I was 6. I saw it on Xbox and immediately bought that shizz
cant believe they forgot about fable lost chapters
it was mid
It’s just a expansion to the first 1
A couple months ago I played through fable 1 after almost 13 years.. never played the lost chapters or anything and forgot it even existed so it was like a happy surprise😂
Fable 3 was real estate simulator, I owned a lot of Albion for a rebel against the king.
Fable III was a masterpiece ; the following don’t exist to my eyes
Fable 3 is genuinely underrated
People often tend to mistake "the worst of a series" and "a bad game".
Fable III was the first I played and I frickin loved it.
In a way, I preferred Fable III more than The Lost Chapters.
Fable 2 one of the best games I’ve ever touched. Almost 100% it in the 360
I still can't fathom why they made the *CANON ENDING* to the original series into a Kinect Exclusive RAIL SHOOTER.
Fable 3 was amazing, the first 2 just set the bar too high lol
Some peak in high school others in college. Fable peaked in gradeschool.
Bro why do we need 10 million gold for good ending for fable 3💀
I'll never comprehend Lionheads thought process that LESS magic was a better option. Fable 1 MC barrels through every other MC with no difficulty whatsoever
I remember saving the kingdom in Fable 3 while also staying rich(the game tries to make you choose). Its called Real Estate.
Fable one will always be my favorite truly a masterpiece where you could become a God tier beast
When I was younger I loved Fable 2. I played that game for multiple years hours on end. Loved the game more than the first and I always think about that game every so often.
I’ve always loved fable 3 because it was the first one I played but it’s insane to me how many things they cut from the previous games
i loved fable 3, story was better in 1 and 2, but fable 3 is underrated
Fable lost chapters is my favrioute game ever. Its definitely a master peice.
fable 2 was my favorite i didnt get far in fable 3 because it qas boring but i might play it again sometime
Fable and fable the lost chapter is the only two I always play. I still have my original copies and play them religiously.

And that's why I am currently about to meet Scythe at the Snowspire village and whoop some Summoner ass 💪😤
I've been listening to a lot of Fable 1 and 2 soundtracks atm so glad I'm getting recommended this content. Also incredibly accurate!
I'm surprised they never did a prequel since almost all traces of the Old Kingdom were gone and the age of heroes was basically done after the first Fable.
Yeah, fable 2 and 3 were my favorite, fable 1 confuses me to this day
Mad Accurate Lmfaooo Fable 3 Bloody Pissed Me Off.
Reason for post: Fable 3 good
The fable series was never what Peter Molyneux promised
I love fable 3 idk why people hate it.i love the idea you was given the chance to become king and make impacting decisions that would change the game
funny clip and well im one of those guys that loved all fable 1,2, and THREE Xb
Every Fable game i've played has been extremely enjoyable, loved Fable 1-3 haven't played any of the spin off games though
I can’t wait until I get dementia so I can play the original Fable for the first time again
The 1st two entries were masterpieces i think we can all agree, the 3rd iteration was genuinely fun though... I think it gets a bad wrap because the style was just because it was so different from the 1st two...
Fable 1 always and forever. Nothing comes close to the soundtrack, sense of wonder.
Fable was A childhood game.
One of the first I played back in 2006
And one of the comfiest
We dont talk about Fable Journey
i will play fable one till i'm like 50 so much nostalgia and the story line is great
I don’t even remember the last one 😂😂
If only Hero Saving was kept in Fable: TLC (maxing out a character and gear before the arena quest was over is just amazing) the SoA wasn’t Uber nerfed lmao.
Fable 3 had a really fun story and felt really immersive using characters and locations from 2. Was a great sequel, unlike Tears of the Kingdom was for Breath of the Wild, which failed spectacularly at connecting the two games
Fable 2 is my favourite, and fable 1 in goated but fable 3 is also excellent and I still love it
That first one was easily their best
I've been thinking about digging out the 360 to play Fable 2 again ALOT lately.
Fable 3 was my everything 😢
I for real for real cried when Sir Walter died
I remember playing fable 2 as a kid and beating it one of my favorite runs in a game ever
Fable Heroes never even showed up. 😂
Playing fable 1 now is good back in those days i play it in the first Xbox there was a lot of loading screens, but it was good in that time, i fucking enjoy the 1, 2 and 3, pretty good games
Whoa there was a Fable after III... I had no idea
Are you just gonna stand there like a lemon
Fable one, my childhood !
