Dont add the "from the start" bit because when they said "just outside of Chicago" It was already half way through the short..

Both pizzas are the definition of: never judge a book by it's cover
I could see the steam coming off that chicago pizza.
I think it deserves more credit considering even a chicago man doesn't know of its existence
This is truly a "Best pizza of NYC vs the Worst pizza of Chicago"
It's not even chicago pizza that's the funny/annoying part of all this
I went to Lou Malnati's Pizzeria in Chicago a few years back they had the best deep dish pizza I’ve ever had! That’s one of the several reasons why I want to take a trip back to Chicago 😩
Lou’s is the best pizza hands down. Tbh New York style pizza doesn’t stand a chance, doesn’t even come close to how amazing Chicago deep dish pizza is. Just the facts.
I Really like Giordanos too
Yes, if you are going to try Chicago deep dish you have to go to Lou malnatis
Hands down the best pizza in Chicago. This schmuck wouldn't know good food if it slapped him across the face.
You owe it to yourself to try Pequods. I lived on the same block of Lou’s original restaurant in Lincolnwood for 10 years, now I work a half a block from Pequods out in Morton Grove 🎉🎉🎉 Pizza Gods have been great to me 👌
I’ve never been to Chicago, but the pizza looks pretty good. As a New Yorker, I LOVE our pizza. It’s sooo good
As a New Yorker, I can say NY thin crust and Chicago deep dish pizza are both amazing.
Deep dish isn't even Chicago's best pizza and honey just doesn't fit with it. Chicago's real heavy weight is Chicago stuffed pizza.
So you didn’t go to Chicago..
They forgot their bullet proof vests
@@j.robertsergertson4513😂😂😂😂

This channel is the lactose intolerant NIGHTMARE
Lactose intolerant people can just take a lactaid supplement if they want to eat cheese or ice cream 🙂
@@zeroheroes4081some can. Unfortunately pills don’t work for everyone
where were you during the ice cream trip
@@zeroheroes4081sooo I have a dairy protein allergy I am not even allergic to lactose 😭
bruh, I have lactose intolerance and I choose cheese Every chance I get lol, maybe I'm more lactose sensitive cause the only time I remember a bad situation was when I was brave enough to have a glass of 3% milk, my tummy hurt that day and I was on the toilet for an extra 10 minutes 😏
NYC is also famous for its pizza! Of course they have the most delicious types of pizzas! There’s even a pizza place in Brooklyn I ate at that is the best
I love them both. I’m near neither city, nor have I been to either, but I try my best from my home kitchen and my thoughts are if I either want a thin pizza or a lasagna pretending to be a pizza. Can’t go wrong. I love Chicago style more because it’s easier to make, but my wife doesn’t care for it
I loved Giordanos in Chicago when I was stationed there. Best deep dish ever.
Casserole ,not pizza
@@j.robertsergertson4513It's pizza. Whatever New York calls pizza isn't pizza...it's a healthcode violation
Giordanos is the best ever it called pie for a reason it’s the best
lou malnatis is so much better and it isn't even remotely close
@willbarnhart8833 my ex used to work for them, they sucked imo
Chicago has damn good thin crust, gotta go to the proper places😁
How safe is those proper places?
@@CelticRuneSingervery safe unless your a complete idiot.
@@CelticRuneSingerSafe. You won’t find the proper Italian places in the ghetto.
not only that, but also going into the hood isnt a huge mission, people act like its a literal warzone and they are the oppenents, Just be safe and do what you are doing there @@connorgolden4
@@CelticRuneSingerit’s safe. The media likes to portray Chicago super dangerous like Syria and Afghanistan
Joe's pizza on Broadway, NY. Belissimo.
"wheres the cheese. theres no cheese bro."
"THE SAUCE IS UNDER THE CHEESE!"
My guy just went to one of the best pizza places in the US and then heads to some rando joint
You didn't get Chicago pizza!
Man!! I’m mad you didn’t go to Ricobene’s in Chicago to test your theory. I’m not even from Chicago 🤷🏾♀️
This deserves a do over cause you didn’t even make it to the heart of Chicago!
And for the record, I’m from Savannah, GA….I’ve had both and Chicago is my favorite 🤩
Detroit style deep dish pizza is very underrated
As someone from New York who loves pizza, I was recently in Chicago and taken to an amazing pizza place.
Pequod's Pizza.
You’re luckey you didn’t get robbed😂
Glad you liked Detroit-style pizza. You should try Chicago style. It's good too.
@@MotherFucker445NY and Chicago have comparable crime rates. Chicago isn't even top 10 in the US and hasn't been for years...

Homie went to the best pizzeria in all of NYC then went to a random Chicago location 💀
He said outside Chicago. Like cone on
New York pizza is better
It wasn't even in Chicago... lmao
@@compatriot852 that’s fact I had to look in up it’s in Cary Illinois 💀lol that’s where uncle Jerry is located lol
NYC and Chicago styles may be different but you judge the pizza not by the crust but by its sauce.
Gino's East (in ACTUAL Chicago) has the best pizza simply for the sauce...and because it's damn amazing
*As a member of the Connecticut community I can state that New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut pizza is a religion. Pizza here is a sacred gift given to us by god himself.*
Having lived in both NYC and Chicago I’m laughing at that pick for a spot for the Chicago pizza 😂😂😂
New york pizza is the kind where you get a box and within a few minutes you can accidentally eat half the box because of how good and light it is
Uncle Jerrys is the goat when it comes to Pizza.
I love this man’s voice
just wait till this man has chicago deep dish pizza absolutely out tastes new yorks pizza
both are great...pizza 4 life
Bro new york pizza is dry wall with marinara chicago wins hands down
It's not even chicago pizza cause that place is in Cary illinois
as a new yorker AND a chicagoan, this video made my day. i will say though, i love giordano’s in chicago the most. i do REALLY love new york style pizza, so it’s impossible for me to choose.
Chicago is a casserole though.
which one were you originally
It's easy to choose: Chicago isn't pizza.
@@bryanco2616Saying this Jon Stewart parrot line is awesome because you can just instantly watch someone tell the entire room that they have no pizza experience whatsoever.
@@GrapeFlavoredAntifreezeit's true tho. I could throw whatever in there and it would still be called Chicago style pizza even tho it really isn't pizza
The biggest benefit to NYC over Chicago style pizza is that NYC style pizza doesn't put u into a foodcoma for the rest of the afternoon
Deep dish Chicago style looks like it'd curbstomp NYC style
New york pizza is meant as a snack for people on the move while Chicago is for people that work hard for a living and to sit down and relax in a restaurant so you won't freeze to death in the winter
You don't freeze to death in New York?
@@Sam................no because you don’t get out of your office enough except to run down to the street or to go to you $3300 15x 350 sq. Ft. Studio
@@Sam................I have lived near Chicago and NY. Chicago is much colder. NY complains about a nice winter day being too cold while the Midwest is like -20 below all of February.
I don’t know, that Chicago pizza looked absolutely amazing.❤❤ it looked way more appetizing to New York pizza. But I’m sure both are absolutely delicious.
the new york was most likely chosen because of how easy it is to eat, but the chicago pizza was a monster that needed tools to dissect. yeah, easy pizza wins for most people. But that monster would make ANYONE happy
Good news bad news about Chicago pizza . Good news first there's lots to eat . Bad news , it's all sh-t
And it wasn't even a top rated Chicago joint. Some random place outside of Chicago. Bro was really huffing that Copium hard knowing NY's best pizza is equivilant to average elsewhere, so he couldn't give Chicago's best a shot.
They're not even the same. I love both, but New York Style wins 10/10 times.
That's not a knock on the deep dish, they're just not comparable.
