    Keep aside the information Mihir gives so casually!! I love the way he talks, you would not realise that you have grasped so much of knowledge and information in such a subtle manner. All the very best Mihir and your Team!! And yes, I can say I was one of the first Oziva users when it had it the market.

    Taking protein is not important, to digest that protein is more important. If you are taking protein as a supplement then your water intake should be high so that you can digest that protein. Otherwise it will deposit in your kidneys and ruin them very badly. Therefore conventional doctors and nutritionist say not to take them.

      It’s just a hoax it’s just we indians so used to eat so much carbs….when they suddenly starts taking protein more they feel it difficult to digest initially but soon it becomes normal I take 150 g protein per day for 6 months now and things changed positively

    Next time please ask this that if muscle is 70% water why do we need atleast 1.5g of protein per bodyweight per gram. So why 1g of muscle which has .7g of water need 1.5gram of protein?

    • @akshayoraskar7670
      @akshayoraskar7670 Před 5 měsíci

      It’s needs for maintenance and repair as muscles are continuously broken down.
      And 1.5g is recommended for athletes or people lifting weights
      1g is sufficient for regular individuals

    • @RajeshPatel-fe8rn

    misleading information about protein intake...the average protein intake required as per RDA is .8gm per kg body weight is covering 97 percent of population ( non- weight lifter) ,the average is .66 grams (Source Dr.christofer Gartner, stanford), oziva ko to protein sell karna hai,
    Sorry to say but looks like a paid podcast

    Biggest culprit is BAKERY/FAST FOOD which no one is addressing. Majority of city people eat this. People drink soft drinks like anything. Those samosas, puri's, puff's, maida &besan based fast food. Among all of these, Rice is a very small culprit.

    As a biotechnologist myself I know that this guy couldn’t ask good questions with the expert, he merely scratched the surface about obesity and how can we test it, even when he mentioned AIDS he said body ki cells khud pe attack kar rahi hain, auto immune etc. bhai tum hi expert ho to tum hi bol lo.. podcast me ye zaroor samajh me aaya ki tum US me rahe ho aur iphone use karte ho! With due respect you need to show less about yourself and understand someone else’s perspective better that guy had good knowledge and he kept talking about it on his own, none of the good things came out because you asked a good question!
    PS: if you read this comment, samjho aur self reflect karo, you will do good.
    Thanks!

    honestly majority people are poor in India and that’s the fact. And definitely loads of carbs in our diet.

  • @strength3554
    @strength3554 Před 4 měsíci

    Carbs are not demonic ,it is the lack of protein in Indian diet,lack of movement and exercise and idiotic notions in general which is making us not so fit.
    And for guys low testosterone is actually a medical issue which hampers our mental,emotional and physical health altogether.
    Supplementation of protein through whey is important is helpful as our diet is not protein rich in nature. Whey and creatine are the most researched supplement on the planet. This is not up to debate. Do not be emotional and start trying to debate in the comment section. If you still want to debate to support your own notions,pay me ts 50k so I may ponder whether I should accpet your proposal to debate or not.
    Love,peace and strength my bretherns
