It seems like zenkai-booster works well as it has less and less hold on me and it's easier to go on. I've noticed that I wanted to fap recently more out of habit not out of sexual energy urges. Also there is less mental energy going towards sex even if I try to focus on it. I also recommend Quadible Integrity Semen Retention and working/strengthening Kegel muscles(those you use when you would like to stop peeing) by contracting in spare time. I listened to Mantak Chia at London real talks on some of the exercises, semen retention and orgasm without ejaculation and that kept me motivated too by valuing my energy.
