Its because its mostly bullshit. It monitors heartrate, and in a funny way it might have shown how much he loved her even then because all it meant is that after he answered the question he got really nervous. Probably the stress of if it went wrong what she would think.

@Rachel Lewsey they rushed absolutely everything. As soon as they left the villa , they went on as many shows and interviews as they could to profess their love for eachother and then almost straight away announced they were getting married (months later) . Sorry I don’t buy it

Seems the future bride and groom are really hands-on on preparing for their wedding. Alex was very caring for Olivia during their first rehearsal on their wedding dance. I can’t wait to see them dancing their first dance on their big day.
