All the Arteons have the shorter steering rack? I can see that you only have a turn to full lock right or left. I like this feature. Probably the same steering rack as Golf R.

So thoughts on the vehicle. Not being sold in the US yet. Maybe last quarter of 2018. We always get anything Volkswagen last :(
That's because VW's you get are not really VW's. They're special models just for the US market, nowhere near as good as the EU ones. For example US version of a Passat is a very shitty car, the quality level is on par with the VW Polo in Europe, which is a hatchback smaller than the Golf. But you get what you pay for. Would you pay 70k dollars for this car with a 2.0 TDI engine and 190hp?

this car is the biggest disappointment of all VW's I had. Starting from shitty, fragile and stiff suspension to hiccupy gearbox and 50% of cheap materials used on top of the line model. I have it for over 4 months now and safely can tell this car has nothing to offer except the looks.
I wonder why you bought a car that you thought was shitty. All those things you mentioned are easily judged before buying a car. So yea...nice fantasy kid, tell the story to your friends in school, they might believe it.
@@derbigpr500 l was limited by my company's car choice in a particular country. Besides, I only needed it for a few months. And the kid is almost 40. I still think it is a p.o.s by comparison to similar class cars made by Audi, BMW and many others. Additionally check the recent return statistics in EU.
The material can easily be modified and upgraded, but indeed comparing it to similar class models, the interior doesn’t hold up nearly as much as the exterior looks. But the gearbox, not much people have complained about it if at all. You sure you didn’t get a lemon?
