- This is a model of the Distillery Process commissioned by Bulleit Bourbon. I wanted it to look like an vintage science model. A visual aid to follow the distilling process from beginning to end.
David Waelder was instrumental in working out some of the more complex copper parts. follow him here:

jimmydiresta
Sure I do. Why do you ask?
jimmydiresta I think the last guy that said he didn't like Spike lost a finger in a band saw "accident"

May sound odd but all of Direstas videos are incredible and I watch them to help me sleep. They're far from boring, quite the opposite. They're bizarrely relaxing.
Wow thats a massive undertaking. I enjoyed every minute of this one. Great job guys!

Thank you, Jimmy & David. Amazing to see so many skills/materials in one project! Very cool!
This is an exquisite work of art. Something that will live on for generations. Thank you for sharing it with us.
Not that Jimmy is going to see this, but anyway... I subscribed to his channel not only for his excellent craftsman skills, but for the fact that he is NOT TALKING endlessly like so many other "craftsmen" even when making a simple box - he just goes on with his work, without insulting his viewers' intelligence with endless, pathetic "explanations"! Kudos!
Hahah thank you friend 🤣🤟🏼🙏🏼
Nice to see someone doing all the disciplines himself, a real fabricator, not just a woodworker vs a metalsmith.
Amazing. I was impressed by how many different disciplines were utilized! Great work.
I've been hearing about this for weeks from the podcast, and it did NOT disappoint. GREAT project, Jimmy! Thanks for the video, I loved it!

I found this video hilarious and i loved it, the use of different objects as anvils to shape the different parts of the distillery was awesome from giant gears to dumbells. Great job.
I've never seen anyone else with the amount of talent you have. Thanks for these videos.
This was AMAZING. Brilliant work, and the kind of thing you could build a house around.
Goodness gracious gentlemen! Its a lot bigger than it sounded! That was a huge amount of work. Well done!
As a Kentuckian, I'm very proud to count Jimmy as one of ours. You can't do this much for us and not belong to us. I grew up next to a Knob Creek (literally), a stones throw from Bulleit county... My highschool played (and lost) to them every year, I'm related to the Beam family... Yes them... I grew up smelling the rick houses. Our family picnic's amounted to KFC at a park around the corner from the Stephen Foster story because it was close.
It's funny what you stumble on, when you're on CZcams. Jimmy you are one talented Man. I have not stopped watching your videos. i Have picked up so many little tricks of the trade. Thank You!
I don’t know why this doesn’t have over 1MIL views..
A well deserved standing ovation I might add. Wow jimmy you impress me more and more with each and every video. I have come to the conclusion there isn't a medium that you CANT work with. Thanks for keeping us inspired.
