this is why we can't give up on Mudryk these young players just nned a legend like Hazard to coach and bring the best out of them. They are just Nervous i know Mudryk is a world class talent. Maybe the club should sign two or one player that can speak Ukrainian even if it's for the u18 just so he can feel more at home!
@@virtualcity721 who was there when Hazard came to Chelsea? Makes no sense. Chelsea paid 70 milions for Mudryk and what else he needs? Babysitting maybe? One or two more Ukrainian players just so he can feel at home? Are you even listening yourself what are you talking about. Club is not a charity foundation. He needs to get his shit together and start playing and convice us and the club he knows what he is doing. He is already one year here. What he showed so far, 20 milion signing could do the same.
@@SomeUnremarkableGuy Hazard came with De Bruyne, Lukaku and Thibaut Courtois. Not to mention since he had a season in France he could communicate with players like Drogba, Kalou and Victor Moses so he settled in pretty quick. So i dont know what you are talking about, feeling at home or being able to speak the language where you are employed is the most important out of everything

I've seen these guys while being a physio at an Academy. They always get accepted when we're in awe of the technique on the ball, but it almost always falls apart on:
1.Readimg of the game
2. Positioning
3. Seeking to impress, rather than end product
4. Discipline, off season - off the field - nutrition and sleep
5. Work rate and defensive duties
It's Denilson all over, sad but true. The reason - they've had and easy time during their junior years and not learned the 5 points above, which their teammates have had to just to get in the team. The anti thesis - N'golo Kante, played in League 2 when he was 21. Never gave up, had nothing for free.
Tho I agree with most of what you said, Im not too sure about the comparison with Kante when we know how short his career was - probably due to the reasons you listed above.
You cant ignore the fact that the era where these 2 players were playing was giving favor more to players like Kante , 6 , athletic who have a good sense of tactics and great physicality than players like Kakuta : 10, creative , cant adjust properly to watch nowadays coaches want.
also we cant put aside the chance factor
