I love how all these people say something that it makes them most happy is when the costumers say it’s delicious
When people complemented you cooking, it is indeed the best feeling.
The story about the seaweed was honestly so incredibly sweet
Isabela C. Really?? I thought it was a incredibly salty
Because of my tears 😭
I cri also 😭😭😭
The white strawberries I tasted when I was in Japan was really really tasty. It's not the typical sweet sour flavor you get from red strawberries but it really tasted weird but delicious nonetheless. And comparing the aftertaste, the white strawberries doesn't linger as long as the red strawberries and isn't overpowering too. The only flaw was that it emptied my wallet.
*buys 3*
That would be 100.
Me : *Oh fucc.*
@Ngan Dinh I heard ir sort of tasted like pineapples. But that's just what I've heard, I don't really know what it tastes like since I've never tasted it before

gotta be honest, the cinematography and editing are absolutely great throughout the video until the last story lol the first 6 stories soothed my mind and warmed my heart, but the final one crashed that down real quickly - I'm impressed

Man, Japanese food really is one of the special cuisines of the world. You got your clean sushi & sashimi, fresh vegetables, beautiful beef, creamy ramen, refreshing soba, they really have a handle on fresh flavors 💖💖
You can literally hear the love and passion each and everyone of these storytellers have for their craftsmanship!
The man growing the seaweed was very sweet. I hope he’s work prospers for many generations to come. It’s also a good way to increase ocean water pollution awareness. We really do need to return the gifts of the sea.
really, this video just confirms the human ability to make absolutely anything we can get our hands on edible

I recently visited Japan and really like that people take pride in their work. I love how they maintain this certain level of hygiene and safety when it comes to food and basically everything they do. And also Japanese strawberries are top tier. The best in the world for me.

Great Video
After watching the first person saying how pounding mochi is like a battle, I want a shonen anime where the main characters learns how to fight after pounding and making mochi for over an year

I love japanese food❤️
The legendary mochi joint is close to an abandoned theme park. AI!🗾
I really applaud these people who take pride in what they do because for them, it's preserving/carrying on their culture/tradition. My country has already lost a lot our culture, even our own alphabet, because of the colonization/neo-colonization. So yeah, I just kinda want that my fellow countrymen were as patriotic as these people.
Anyone else love this channel so much 🙌🏼
It felt so deep when the special seaweed man cried 😢.
They also have white strawberries in California
it probbly came from japan
What restaurant is the Fugu Chef Sasaki Yutaka from?? No mention of it anywhere....
I dont think that white strawberries are only grown in Japan since we grow them here in Sweden to. Even i grow them in my backyard
Ah this makes me think of my childhood. My family used to always pound our own mochi. The rest of the family would line up and make them into little balls. Good times.

I’ve had the white jewel strawberries. They taste exactly the same
The guy who makes bonito flakes (i love it) should've mentioned how people get creeped out when it moves on a warm dish
Ah yes fugu will totally leave me craving for japanese food
