Epic content, as alway!
Perfect ! Great info
Great video. Thanks guys.
very nice ! so cool !!!
So helpful 😘
a really fresh approach... keep up the good work.
This was helpful
I like the dark mode.
Just discovered your badass channel. Love it!
Great video, I shoot exclusively with 50mm on my Canon T3i, I love it
Great video! I have my nifty 50mm 1.8 D Nikon lens on my Nikon D750 and I LOVE it! Thanks for this...
Conveniently just bought a 50mm. Loved this!
love the dancing !!! hahaha
I'd missed you guys
I bet you two don't get bored with each other.
Really great and nice video, Becky!
Congrats,
Best regards from Barcelona.
After watching this, I am definitely go to take more photo's
Great video you guys!
Would love to 35mm next.
50mm is my favourite lense it’s great in my opinion I like food and portraits that probably explains why I like it 🤩
It is the most versatile focal length - period.
Awwwwwwwwwwwww the fawnnnnnnn
Damn i need the 50!
I enjoyed this. Do another 50mm video.
Lol sweet shout out to Jeven Dovey love that guy Much ❤️ great video.
Love the video!! Liked and Subscribed!
Woah, Chris lookin fresh!!
Greetings B & C!
yep! definitely my fav focal! I'm glad there are other peeps loving the 50 just as much 😊.. I hate it when some smartass photographers make fun of fellow
photographers using a 50
Love this video! Can you make a video of a 35mm on FF maybe?
If I could only have 1 focal length it would be 50mm! Love your bird of paradise btw!
😍😍😍😍 what do i even say? just can say thank you 😍💯
really like the content. subbed. this is the first vid i saw of your channel
i subscribed on the spot when i saw Chris' creepy walk :))))
New fan!!!!! Great video... P.S. love how clean and chaotic your Air BnB was in this video 🙂
On Sony I love my 55mm 1.8 Zeiss.. such nice colors and super bright for 1.8. not cheap though. if you can find a nice used copy go for it! I've shot sports with the lens and the AF is super fast!! No problem shooting full speed on an a7iii.. 10fps+
Got to go and take some photos 50 mm now!
300mm next! 🤩
Another excellent video!!! I realize you’re not from BC, but you are fellow Canadians, as I read your “about” page. Thanks for all the work you put into this video! I take photos and video around the Vancouver to Chilliwack area. Still learning!
50mm is perfect for those close ups 🔥
4:40 you got it backwards (or i very much misunderstood your delivery). to get roughly 50mm equivalent on crop bodies you want 35mm. it's when you put 50mm on a crop that you get something similar to a full frame 85.
This video makes me wanna go out and take photos!
Yesss do it!! Shooting photos is the best
You the man Yc~!!
same exact thought
Inspired me also 🤙🏽
Ja, mache ich genau so, nur mit dem 50 er Makro ! Eröffnet eine noch grössere Welt ! ❤❤❤ Für Landschaften mache ich ein Panorama mit der Linse !
50mm is really nice for me
Nice 50mm,, I'm a big fan of the Sigma 105mm ,, but for indoors the 50mm is perfect
the 24mm 1.4 🙏🏼
Where's that air bnb??? I love it!!
FIFTY IS NIFTY!!!!!
35mm next please!!
Wtf 2 weeks 60k
This content deserves more views
would you guys consider doing an A6400 challenge... I ask as an a6400 user and would love to know how you could use your A6400 to try and match your full frame A7S
Great series
Anyone else loves the Sony FE 1.8/55 as much as I do? Alt least 80% of all my pictures I shoot with that one, including Portrait, Lifestyle, Travel and Products.
There is a 50mm macro from Nikon z mount for close ups
i love these two. No other way to put it. They inspire me.
love the glasses! what is the brand of it? let me know
Thank you for creating this video for us.
Next one should be 85mm or 135mm!
Love these videos! Thank you!
The 50mm 1.2 is out of stock everywhere that i looked... makes me so sad. (the RF mount version for my R5 that is) I WILL have this eventually though, so excited.
do a 600mm Focal Length Challenge!
Your edits definitely make them photos 🔥
Really love this series! Helps gives newbs like me an idea of what is possible with each focal length 👍
Love your work. Love the channel. Slapping on my Sony 55mm Zeiss for the weekend.
Awesome! Im new to the channel but dig the content. I live in the catskills and would love to find that BNB tho? little help?
FLC is probably one of my favorite series for you. Great to show to those who are learning. It's entertaining and also very informative. As always, great job!
Thanks so much! They are one of my favorites to make, great excuse to get out and shoot some photos!
I took my 24, 55 & 85mm to Japan and used the 50 for the whole trip. 50mm is da bomb
I cannot wait for 85mm and 135mm focal length challenge
I love the 50mm. I agree with many of your points but I wish this had been less redundant. Watched the full video because appreciate y’all, but thought this could’ve been half the length and been just as meaningful. 😅
I spy Jeven .. good call ! :-)
This was really awesome! Waiting on the 85mm 😋
Lol I started out with the 50mm…still use it
I loved the 50mm for a lot of time, until I got the 24mm, maybe I should go back to it
I always go back to the fixed 50 mm ... I actually enjoy the process of moving , searching for the right angle without zooming in / out . Great series
Great vid! This compliments Pete’s video a couple weeks ago. I have since made an effort to shoot with my 50mm every day. Have a great week!
It’s such a fun focal length!
50mm is awesome BUT those edits are the real star of the show....
oh snap this was such an easy to understand yet complete explanation "it looks how it looks" so rad
SUPERB shots👍👍
Even my wife, who has no interest in photography, was glued to the screen and praised all your shots.
@Becki and Chris you guys always have the best looking footage on youtube. seriosly always looks stunning...
if possible i have to ask/try to get you brief opinon on the comparisons between the Sony Camera in your collection. I know you have been using the A7S3 A7R4 a6400 a7sII.
Do you think there is any major advantages or disadvantages between them, for a young photgrapher entering the Sony Cam/film world.
Or are the differences more minor/top shelf details etc
My last cam was the 5dii, but i have scored some work in the new year which will have me travelling and focusing more on film. Predomenatly making montage content for instagram.
Would love to hear from y'all, much thanks in advance :)
85mm challenge for the next video?
I haven't owned a 50 in YEARS, just ordered one yesterday and can't wait to do stuff w/ it
Really enjoyed this one. I have a 17 to 28mm f 2.8 for my A7C and then a 70 to 300 both from Tamron.
Is a nifty fifty (Sony FE 50mm f/1.8 Lens) for $299 a good starter lens for 50mm or should I save up for say the Sony FE 50mm f/2.5 G Lens ($598)?
Other option is the Sony FE 50mm f/1.2 GM Lens but even at $1998 there is no image stabilization.
Love the vibe of your photos❤️
Hi, great video. You got me interested in a 50mm lens. So many options...which one do you use? I'm a Sony full-frame shooter. Thank you.
Thanks, I need and wanted to learn about different lenses and when and why to use them. This is excellent.
Hey back after 3 weeks its great to see you becki love your videos..
300k!
Id love a 35 mm!
I love my 85mm and beyond. The 200-600 is a beast!
Camera camp 🥰
It doesn't matter how many videos of yours I watch, you guys have the best color grading skills out there. 300K ! Way to go up !
Thanks so much!
I've using a 50mm prime most of my life. One of my favorites. Great video.
Great vid! Do you have presets for sale? They are 🔥🔥🔥
Love this topic and i love the 50mm focal length. I use it a lot for most of my photography.
Fantastic video, Becki -- Loved the 50mm Telephoto~ness
Amazing pictures but when shooting at such a high ISO how is there no grain?
Ah! I knew I saw Chris’s photos in the past but didn’t remember where but now…I got you Doleboy!
Blast from the past! 😂
