Basically, Harli has been using her privilege as a white woman to ignore politics and issues which other people don't get to *choose* to ignore. She has a big platform, and that comes with a certain amount of social responsibility.
"But I just want to hear about plants" is a statement from a place of privilege. Many people can't choose to ignore current events because they are directly affected. Yes! This is the exact sort of info I was looking for so maybe you can help! I know your comment is years old but hopefully you still keep plants. I have never really fertilized my houseplants before. I actually only recently got into houseplants more but mostly I've always done outdoor gardening. I started fertilizing a bit ago, using a half dose for the first use, and am looking into adding fertilizer to every watering....it just seems simple and more efficient. I keep a huge jug of treated water and I'm not sure how much fertilizer to use if I'm feeding constantly. Would I go down to 1/4 dose or even less than that? Also, could I do the same with my succulents? I use a specialized succulent fertilizer. Thanks so much! Edited to add one more question. I have a bunch of those dollar store fertilizing sticks that, from my understanding, are pretty useless. Lol. Any ideas what I can do with them? Could it still add a boost to my plants even with liquid fertilizing?

Thanks Harli! I would love to hear about how you keep pests at bay in a sort of "prevention" way, so not when they actually appear but trying to keep them away in the first place?
I'm sorry if you have already covered this.

This may be a stupid question but can you use the liquidirt with cactus’s and succulents as well? I’m new to this still and don’t know if you can use same fertilizer for every type of plant you own

Thanks for a great video. I’m a beginner and your videos help me out to care for my plants. One question about fertilizers... if he ve repotted a plant and the soil says it will feed up to 4months, should I not use fertilizers in water like you use? Hoping for a reply. Thanks. :)

Is there a difference between fertilizing and feeding? I have plants in leca. I know I can use liqui-dirt in the water for them but do I still use the other three bottle mixture? Also. I guess I don’t know if liqui-dirt is a feed or a fertilizer and if there is a difference.

Do you use the liquid dirt regularly and the worm castings every month or so... Or just one of them at a time? Thanks! Love all your videos

I have a question I just ordered the liquid dirt but everything I hear says not to fertilize in winter. But a lot of my plants are still in active growth because they are right in front of a South facing window or under grow lights. I usually use the fish fertilizer but haven't because of it being winter. Can I still fertilize if I dilute to a very weak solution of the liquid dirt when I get it?

Once you have the "mix" from the liquidirt, how much of that goes into each plant? If I water my plant until it drains out of the bottom then I will go through multiple gallons of mix each watering.

I’ve recently got into plants and have a great collection and I’m always on the look out for more. If my sister and I have a rough day we go to star nursery to have a day of plant therapy. My number one plant on my wishlist is a reginula black velvet.
