@cleo_aao the first part you have to listen to really short calls and type the information while simultaneously clicking a little bubble on the bottom of the screen to send ems, police, or fire to different locations. Marissa didn’t judge her friend at all just calmly talked her through it.
Why would you even think of "judgeing" her? I think its commandable that she acted correctly even while panicing. And if a herd of bisons is charging towards you panic is a reasonable reaction.^^
The calm woman clearly handled the situation literally like a boss, but I want to point out that the woman who panicked deserves credit, too.

When you have a pussy ass dude for a driver, yeah I agree. You need Marisa.
I hate panickers.
Once I saw a viral video from Japan in which the train passengers started to panic because they thought some horrifying incident was happening somewhere on the train, but the truth was, absolutely nothing abnormal was going on. So why were they panicking? Apparently one passenger MISTAKENLY thought something bad was happening and started to panic, which had spread fear and anxiety in other passenger's minds who didn't know the situation, which made them all panic. This is a great example of why you should also hate panickers. They take everybody down with them.
It may be a normal human reaction but when I see adult human beings who don't even try to control it, it annoys me greatly. If they have some severe mental illness or something, maybe they can't help it, but for most adults, they should be able to..
