i always build talisman cd boots genius want holy crystal blood wings (durance) she's still pretty bursty in my opinion. i've started building this instead of the usual build on her because of her buffed skill 1, u can poke enemies really great. my build focuses on just poking and not bursting down enemies so that's kind of an adjustment that you have to do on your playstyle.

@GOOD TIME Kagura have you noticed how Kaguras umbrella doesn't cloak while in a bush while using certain skins? I've only noticed this with her cherry witch, normal, and epic skins
Can I ask whether why did you flicker ulti at your second last team fight? Isit just to spread the open ult damage to Clint with flicker? And is ET still viable as a kagura first item? Why not use Fleeting Time instead of ET? It gives mana bonus and increase LT passive damage
There is/was a bug with Fleeting Time. You won't get CD for the 2nd phase ult when getting a kill with 1st phase of Ult.....(Not sure if the bug has been fixed) But I still use Fleeting Time😆
i started using kagura in advanced server when revamps got released... the damage output was literal insane! soo i tried her in original sever and it was as easy as the revamp... but i thought maybe i should check if my combos were appropriate (the reason i found goodtime) i was a little hectic cuzz the adjustments hammered her soooo much... but the current patch is great! but i miss ol' kagura and her links, cuzzz the range and damage is insane... great content btw! best kagura user yet! better get ready imma try to catch up to you 🙃

Maybe in some situations but not recommended
i use it all the time until revmp came along... talisman+ necklace+ fleeting... tho only the melee ult is affected by fleeting most of the time...
Might come handy for escapes. But building damage will be better

For my 1st ULT to hit both Sun and Clint at once. I prefer high damage as my first item.
