You are really going to make someone's day with your restored sweet 16 set my friend, they all look beautiful watching them on the screen, I can only imagine what they look like in person. This one is well done just like the rest of your car as my friend, that orange is Simply Amazing. I can't wait to try my hand at it, watching your videos is enough to give anyone the inspiration to try themselves. Magnificently done my friend.
Beautiful looking car Paul, love that color orange in the specraflame. Who ever wins the sweet 16 set is going to be very grateful to have this set in their collection. Thanks for sharing another great video, take care and stay safe my friend.
paul my friend what a great car from a old school matchbox collector you are a true artist when I was a boy my grandmother got me started with matchbox and this jaguar was one of my first ones thank you for bringing back some great memories
nice job! i honestly though the original paint looked alright, and could've just used the top repainted, but you did a great job with the orange spectraflame... it looks much better! whoever wins this set is gonna be one lucky mofo.
Beautiful restoration. I followed your advice on how to paint with the Spectra flame but used a rattle can. I need to get an paint booth and then I can start with my airbrush. The paint job came out beautiful. Can't wait to go to the airbrush. Great video. Thank you. Have a fantastic Sunday.
@@DiecastGraveyard that would be great. I have an idea for one but stillto get the stuff I need and I'll cost as much as getting one off of Amazon. Can't wait to see it. Thanks for the reply.
Very nice Paul, i have the purple colour but missing windshield rear tray cover, and new wheels, so I'm now looking forward to doing mine now, wicked job love it as always top job cheers KC
Great Job! I had to replace the interior to fix the back cover. Come to think about it I repla ed the windshield as well. LOL I used a decal for the top sprayed with satin clear. it turned out pretty cool. Would love to win a whole set of your restored sweet 16's. I know they are super nice.
you should check out the aircraft paint stripper that diecast resurrection uses on his channel.it starts working as soon as it's applied to the pant job on a hotwheels/matchbox car being restored.it will give you guaranteed results.
I noticed the "pock-mark" on the right rear quarter . . . don't you hate it when that happens? It was too deep huh? My project next week has one on the front quarter . . . I would have had to file the fender off I think!! This turned out exceptional!
I prefer slow strippers as a general rule. Anything worth doing is worth doing right and always require a good inspection of the total job. I am not a good stripper myself but seem to have a good eye for identifying a good strip job. Sorry I got off on the wrong topic there but as usual you did a nice job and a wonderful video thank you
@@DiecastGraveyard I sent you a comment on the 2000 subscribers I am in the hospital and been for a week and just saw the video. I have never won anything so I hope you will please consider letting me get the 3 blind .mice truck build.
Am I the wrong David Williams that won the 3 blind mice truck build with the WWII shark mouth? I would be honored if you would still allow me to get that truck I'll even paying the shipping costs.

Very nice
Question brother. How many times do you re use your citristrip? Also do you re use the limeaway mixture too? Or new batch for every base?
