Can I use my own the DATA? It will be a SINGLE EXCEL file with areas of GHANA. Simply a detail of SYNOPTIC PANEL. Please advise.

That is possible if you have the World Map in an image with clear border lines. The shapes can always be filled in with the names of the countries
