  • People ask me all the time if I ever get stuck while out on my trail rides.
While I have only gotten truly stuck a few times, and never so stuck that I needed to call for help, this happened on my second week of owning my GRIT Spartan Freedom Chair and shows me having to dismount my chair to perform a self-recovery.

I actually only use it for longer, multi-day, solo camping trips now, since it holds my ammo-can ice chest!

If you are going up a hill...you should be zig zagging to make life easier. I think I would have tackled 1:29 backwards. Two 26" mountain bike tires beat a 8" single front wheel any day. Sure you have a way to get help...there's houses right off to the right...just holler....
