FY2023 SCIF Pre Application Workshop

The Strategic Community Investment Fund (SCIF) provides the opportunity for the City, through HCD, to support a wide range of community-based projects. Programs available for competitive grant application submissions for FY23 will include the following programs:
- Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)
- Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
- HOME-Funded Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (HOME-TBRA)
- Neighborhood Partnership Grant (NPG)
