nope, it is barbie girl, but this issue was a limited UK promotional pressing by MCA (for MCA) which never went on full public sale, so only a handful were made and still exist today, I actually have the 7 inch translucent pink single, which is released world wide, this year actually for Record Store Day, along with a limited blue translucent vinyl pressing of the full album Aquarium. see: recordstoreday.co.uk/exclusive-releases/rsd-2017/aqua/ and www.juno.co.uk/products/aquarium-remastered-record-store-day-2017/645274-01/. (But I give it to you, the issue you have is indeed rare, because it also contains the early remixes which as far as I know never went on CD)
Vinyl is so clear I've never noticed her laughing in the beginning before.
Agree. Never noticed the laugh at the beginning either. There are a few smaller aspects I've noticed as well.

Not..this is just the "Barbie Girl" song and it was officially release as 7" and 12" single on vinyl. I only have the 12" single.
