- Welcome back to David Garzas gold in this video we go 200 feet underground into the number 11 mine hidden in the hills of the Colorado mountains. I working on getting more equipment like a longer rope to get to the very bottom and a new camera set up.
If you know of any open mines in Colorado that you would like me to explore send me a message on Facebook or if you have any other questions it also lets you stay more up to date on my channel

You go David
You’re getting pretty experienced with all the rappelling, it seems! That’s one thing I never got into myself, unfortunately. I stick to the horizontal tunnels and the occasional inclined shaft. Never have rappelled down anything vertical. I’ve climbed a few vertical ladders but that was only after doing a ton of research on them and finding out that other explorers had already climbed them with no incident. Anyway, this was a pretty cool video and it looks like that was a pretty extensive mine. Nice job, David! Your videos always seem to be getting better and better.
Thank you! It definitely gets my heart racing before each repel is a little scary sometimes hanging over the abyss. I appreciate the support you have given me on my channel!!
Hi David, found your channel while reading comments on Frank's. I was hoping someone would be exploring Colorado mines. Hopefully you will make it over to San Juan County sometime, there's so much around that area Silverton and Ouray etc. Keep working to build up your channel, I'll keep watching.
Thanks for dropping by David's channel, Paul!
Love the video!!!
We are going to be heading to check this mine out…
I check online for its location, could you point me in the right direction…
How far is it form St Peters Dome?
Any help you can offer would be helpful
Thank You & God bless
Thanks glad you enjoyed the video! If you go to my Facebook page link is in the description you can message me and we can talk, I don’t like to give out locations on videos.
