Just drafted a Magic set for the first time with a friend. It was somewhat overwhelming not knowing the card pool but I see why people enjoy it. Glad to see Unlimited is offering a similar experience!
And what if you are thinking an idea on the leader...you open your booster and you find a Legendary that doesn't match you strategy? Keep the legendary and have less opportunity to win the Tournament? Tough decision...
I love sealed. Draft can be very fun or just agonizing depending on the pod. Draft seems to draw in more cheaters in every CCG Ive played going back to MTG.
Yeah you keep them! So you can grab cards you really want for your collection, or just play to build the strongest deck. It's a great tool for building your collection when a new set comes out
Also, an important detail to mention - you can have more than 3 same cards in your deck in these formats!
Only pull the leader in the beginning. Leave the base in place to cover the next card. Can toss the base into the middle once you start drafting,

There definitely can be a learning curve, but it's so fun once you get the hang of it!

Doesn't matter what leaders I draft - foils and Hyperspaces are first picks guaranteed!
I will do the same, but doesn't it technically defeat the whole purpose of a draft tournament? :O
