37℃, Thick-Furred Dog Is Chained Outside, Without Easy Access to Water and Food

We rescued a thick-furred dog that was chained outside under the scorching sun, with no shade, no water, and no food. We took her home and trimmed her matted hair. Later, she was sent to a pet clinic for a health check-up.
