In this video, we take a look at how to use the Automation Studio software ver. 6 to edit and simulate a simple electrical control circuit for a 1 phase electromotor. Then the same control circuit is simulated by writing a simple start/stop Ladder Logic program to simulate the control circuit of a 3phase electromotor.

Hello sir, I really appreciate this video, thanks for it...But I have a question. it´s possible to use two PLC cards at the same time ? and also to connect simultaneously two bars ? it´s because I need to make a simulation with more sequences with actuators, so I need more inputs and outputs to do it.
Hi dear, thanks for watching our videos. Almost all PLC types support some extension cords. So, it's easy to increase the number of your inputs and outputs. Also, you can use external cards inside the automation studio software.
To get a better understanding of how PLCs are used in respect of cards, spend some more time on my PLC related training videos. thus far i have 3 video courses related to S7-1200, Allen Bradley SLC 500 , ControlLogix 5000 and Delta PLCs. You will learn a lot just by watching them let alone doing some exercises on your own

Throughout of creation of these tutorial series, I might develop a simple sample of such program but you can google schematic of it and after that i am sure you should be able to develop its related PLC control code.

Hi there, I've never seen this problem. please pay attention to the video and do all explained steps exactly. Maybe you are using an inappropriate pushbutton from a different library. Note that, some elements such as figures or texts have fewer properties for modifying
When I get a Coil, contact or something "Modify Variable" (4:20) window does not pop up. Instead of it "Component Properties" is pop up. How can I solve this problem. Please help me.

Hi there, Inside the "Component Properties" window, under the "Identification" section, you can change the component name, its code or number, and other feature.

Hi there, I don't know why your PLC card doesn't have "Technical and Description". Maybe you insert it from a wrong category ( sometimes an element can be added from different categories which each category supports a different standard or property). Please pay attention to video and see that I insert my PLC card from which category.

Hi there, you may need to buy its specific library. It’s better to ask your question from the software vendor.
I want to learn to draw electrical diagrams, and I would like your advice on which is better, learning drawing on the eplan program or Automation studio
If you're mainly interested in electrical diagrams and design: EPLAN might be the better choice due to its specific focus on electrical engineering tasks.
If you're interested in broader automation systems and simulations: Automation Studio might be more suitable, especially if you're working in industries where control systems are a significant focus.✌✌
