GKL┇DIY FACEOFF HEAD?

Try to add another layer of pvc in bottom 1/4 of the head to give it some rigidity in the throat

What if you made the head out of micarta? I was thinking using wood strips but paper is thinner.

That'd be an interesting experiment for sure. I used the PVC pipe because Redstar lacrosse did it with his DIY head, it seemed to be easy to work with and would still provide that true plastic feel.

@@Gklplus I was thinking durability wise for face-offs. I'm more familiar with hockey, so I'm just beginning to understand the mechanics of faceoffs in lacrosse.

@@MrAnonymous-dt2gi ahh makes sense. I wasn’t familiar with micarta until now, seems like it could work for faceoff heads. I just don’t think my crafting skills are good enough to handle that material yet, I was struggling with the PVC alone haha
