The wide body scandal of Nepal is considered one of the biggest scams in the country's aviation history. It revolves around the procurement process of two wide-body aircraft by Nepal's national flag carrier, Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC).

The scandal unfolded when it was revealed that influential individuals, including politicians, government officials, and NAC executives, were involved in various fraudulent activities during the procurement process. These activities included bribery, kickbacks, and price inflation, leading to a significant financial loss to the national carrier and ultimately the Nepalese government.
