Girls do need to clear UPSC CDS, AFACT, INET exams for getting short listed for SSB. And there are technical and NCC entry where only direct SSB are conducted
@@advika30xyz ma'am I am also not an expert but I do know some things and I will share those. like if you have taken engineering degree then in 4th year or after that , you do have an option for direct ssb interview without giving any examination! And if u have C certificate in NCC that too offers direct interview! If u have none then in the final year of degree or after that u can apply for CDS examination conducted by UPSC. If u got through the exam then u have to clear ssb. If u wanted to join in airforce then u can apply for AFCAT exam.. and INET for navy.. all three of these exams conduct twice in a year! This year the 2nd one for AFCAT and CDS already dates closed. You may apply next year February for these.

@@BotchaJayasri hai I really don't know much about technical field! As I am not from that background! But I guess, like NCC special entry technical entry is also applied through official site of "Join Indian Army". First you have to create an account from the official site. And whenever application invites for technical entry you may log in to your created account and apply for the same. In the final year or after your graduation in engineering you may be eligible for applying technical entry and be aware in SSB you do have to score more than 50% in each semester and total 60% for your graduation. I only know this much! I hope it may be helpful for you and for better understanding please do refer any other sites which describes about technical entry and further steps.

In August supreme court allows women to join indian army by passing cds ota exam
Hence like boys girls also have to clear CDs exam before ssb or before joining indian army
