- This video is a full walkthrough for the the new chapter for Visage. This chapter is known as Rakan's Chapter. Throughout this walkthrough / guide I'll show you how to get through the entirety of chapter 3 and how to get the only collectible available in it. No worries, in my opinion that is the hardest part of the chapter. There's actually an easier way to do it if you take a left where the one shuffler is walking towards you. Glad the guide helped you out though :).
On my umpteenth attempt. A good 45 minutes on just that part alone, (leaving the elevator). The ps4 layout is definitely not like the video lol. They're scattered all over once you pass the water fountain corner.
@@Jason_Van_Stone it's the same layout but I've noticed this after playing it on PS5, the enemies spawn in faster(or slower?) on PC so running through is easier. On ps4 they are a bit delayed so the enemies that have already passed in the video are just showing up on the PS4 run.
When I played it on ps5 it was waaay easier and closer to his run in the video.
Either way, the hospital run is definitely the worst part of Rakan's chapter. 😒

Edit: I've found that crouch sprinting makes it a whole lot easier to dodge the ones that walk and Rakan

For those struggling with blind hospital part, on xbox one (maybe ps4) at about 23:30, the easiest solution is to take a left after sneaking through the crowd of blind ones, continue this way, run past one blind one, then you will come across the black goo, take a left, and then youre at the 'chicane', after that, 2 options. 1.take a left, where you will come across one more blind one, this route which will force you to make a U shaped run, but if so, just continue on to the exit, or 2. run straight and then right. Then at the end of that hallway is the door with a bunch of exit signs, which will end the hard part. With this method, I passed the hospital part on my 3rd or 4th try.

It seems most players will get different spawns for the hallway roamers so this walkthrough isn't perfect for that section. If following these other instructions don't work, just experiment with different routes and ways of getting around them, there isn't one correct way to do this part.
I just want to thank you for these guides. My followers insisted I play this and I was so terrified and triggered during Lucy’s I didn’t think I could ever finish. I appreciate your gameplay so much, it really did help me get through this and feel less traumatized. 💗

cheers man, for the life of me I couldn't find that crowbar
the eyes can be in different places. for example for me the other eye wasn't in the freezer room. it was somewhere else, and unfortunately i don't remember exactly where. i think for me it might have been the picture with the dead end, but it could be rng'ish. so look around if the eyes you need aren't in the exact place the walkthrough says. fyi. you just need to 'interact' with two of them and then the big eye locked door opens. yeah i actually just went through all this right before watching your walkthrough. as i've made it through and found everything on my own so far, this vid just confirms for me I'm doing it right. gonna hold up right here and try to finish the rest of Rakans chapter on my own and will come back if i get stuck or finish the level to finish this video. thanks, and great video walkthrough.

In the room where rakan gets his discharge notice there is a glitch where you can get stuck between the wheel chair and the bed. Dont walk across the bed!! You will get stuck and will not be able to continue
The thing that made me mad the most was the part that the wheel chair “creepily” rolled out in front of you. Yeah I was walking and I got stuck between the wheelchair and waiting room chairs and had to restart from my last save! But thanks for the video!
I don't know why, but wheel chairs are incredibly creepy.
I had a recurring issue in this chapter where I could get the elevator doors to open after restoring power (35:25). I would just get a buzzing sound & nothing would happen
It’s currently 8 I’ve been playing this chapter since 6 I’ve been stuck on the hardest kart of the game for about 40 minutes alone it doesn’t matter how many times I watch this video I’m never getting past this part there’s people all over the place on mine where there wasn’t on yours
Yes you can! All you've gotta do is just pass running over them, I mean, when one of those guys get closer to you just run aside them
I just spent 3hrs wandering around aimlessly in this game only to find I'd only gotten 10min into this chapter before giving up
Extremely helpful guide for a game that can be completely baffling at times! (And who are the 8 Thumb-downers?!) - The most annoying thing about this chapter is that you cannot manually save at all inside the hospital for no explicable reason...
This was my last chapter and I'm glad, because if I played this one first, I probably wouldn't have finished the other two. This chapter was a disappointment.

@@etam8099 little late, but it was just extremely dull to me. Didn't even come close to the tenseness of the other chapters. It seemed like I was playing a whole different game.
Im playing the ps5 version and for some reason the lights go out when im fare from the light source then they light up when i get close to the source of the light. 🤔 I guess it's a bug. Makes it difficult to see the enemy down the hallway. 😡

Wheres the second eye after you go into the basement? I started playing yesterday and I've managed to get to the basement section but Rakan just gets behind me and beats me w their crutch 😭
The way I beat the game was on easy mode. I just muted the sound and turned the brightness all the way up.
I want to do this chapter first, but never know where to find this guys item to start it.

It should be noted that the "hardest section of the chapter" on the ps5 version of the game has more people spawning than what's shown in this video. Bit harder.

OK. Adding my discovery. Apparently making hot chocolate causes the green portal to appear.

It’s kind of hard to follow along at times because you’re swinging your mouse around so fast, not sure which way you’re going at times
I noticed something odd when exiting the elevator if you touch any of the people while crouching out there will appear to be more of them chasing you on the way to the first door.
Im on this part now and keep dying 🤦♀️ part of my problem was my dyslexic ass going right instead of left... while thinking I was going left 🤦♀️
I died in the house chase with all the vines after the hospital but everytime I load latest auto save im dying to the faceless woman ? I cant even get into the game before she grabs me

I'll agree with the comment below about the ps4 enemy spwan being different. Before you can get to the fork by that short cut room there's always like 3 of them in the way. It's impossible.
Wish I never started rakans chapter. As much as I was absolutely loving the game before his chacpter I might just have to ditch the rest of the game because this is 100% broken.
Would love if sad square were aware of this and fixed it so I can continue playing the game
It's not broken. I have beaten this game on PS5 and PC. It is hard but calling it broken just shows how dumb you are. If it were broken they would fix it, it's not.
@@SPG8989 its all true, i AM dumb. After abandoning the game for months i tried again and realized i was able to take another route and beat it in like 2 tries lol. So... Dumb?.... Yes..... Yes i am lol BUT I DID IT!

@@melaniie3959 hey melaniie, i felt EXACTLY the same, i was stuck for months lol until i realize i could fork off to a left hallway and then theres an office/hospital bed room sorta room u can pop in to avoid a faceless that is sometimes in the hall. Then pop back out to the hallway which basically leads around the corner to an exit door with crazy exit signs all over it.

I made the mistake of doing this chapter first. Now the ink monster is constantly hunting me while I search for tapes and mirror masks. I made the game much harder for myself.
It started doing that on mine after my first chapter which was Lucy's. Lol

Yea I had actually never seen it spawn anywhere else on the 3 runs I had done of this chapter. I've still only seen it spawn in 2 places which are the bed in which I show in this video and the bedside table opposite that bed. My bad for not pointing that out, this chapter is pretty new.

It baffles me how this game scored higher in Game Informer (a magazine i used to trust and hold in high regard) than resident evil 7. Not sure what planet Daniel Tack is living on but here on Earth this game isnt even worthy of being in the same converstion as RE7! Thank god for this well done walkthrough otherwise i wouldn't have finished visage
