Polaris Off Road
Whether it's for utility or recreation, Polaris has a complete lineup of the hardest working, smoothest riding ORVs that let our riders go anywhere and do anything. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
I would strongly suggest getting you act together on the Garbage can clutches on the 1000 xp machines. We have customers leaving for competitors due to clutching issues.
My 2018 first year new body style had creep issues codes and clutch issues hopefully you guys have talked to Terry Gillomen he know more about your clutches than anyone at Polaris
Anyone else notice how much they increased the msrp and they tripled the logistics charge??? 😳
Should start with that so we can continue shopping all other brands
i bought a 023 ranger 1000 premium, love it. i use it mainly for putting trails in & taking out. very comfortable, love the mount of storage. i put roof winch ,windshield, tool rack, cfhainsaw mount. the 1 option i wish it had, heated steering wheel, i have that on my truck so i'm spoiled
Still no folding center arrest?!?!?!
No fold down armrest? Cmon. Why no adjustable seat back on any model? No side mirrors stock? If you want car prices then include these things. Also why no interior light when you open the door?
100%
I have a car for that
Car prices might as well get a Jeep Rubicon
Great video 👌👌I’m a canam guy but this new ranger I like!!
Fix the dipstick so you can actually check the oil
What is the problem ?
You have to wiggle in under the raised box to get to it. Almost have to stand on your head.@@kimhervieux766
The transmission segment begins at 7:48
When is Polaris going to put more horsepower in the 1000 Ranger?
So my brother has the XP 1000 Northstar edition with ride command. The issue is that in drive mode you DON'T HAVE A GREAT VIEW OF THE SCREEN. I don't know if you can move the shifter or change the direction of the shift.
Polaris should swap out all the older roofs with the bad design! Who would ever of thought to reverse the shingles, so that wind picks up the rear portion of the roof! Great design Polaris!
What about the gears ? And turf mode gear failure or has that been addressed recently ?
Will there be accesroy audio JBL for the ranger xp 1000 premium to replace the older Mb quart audio accessories? the website shows no accessories for the Ranger xp 100 premium.
Are they updating the XP Kinetic for 2025?
The new blue color is stunning.
The new bumper and plastics. Sure, whatever.
Included winch and roof, bigger tire. Sure, whatever. I am guessing the cost reflects these things.
Better shifting is def a bonus. I would miss the grindy grindy CLUNK too much tho. You almost entirely fixed it with the Kinetic.
I honestly never even thought about the power steering. It works..... like power steering should? I reserve final opinion until a test drive. I am curious. you improved something I hadn't even though about once after 3 Rangers.
I'm just looking for a low mileage/hours 4×4w/ dump bed and 2 seater to use around my ranch!
SO waterfowl edition, but no HIGH LIFTER?
Website seems to inly have a 6 seater waterfowl, is there no 3 seater waterfowl?
Is Polaris ever thought about a sport side by side for guys that are 6’4” and taller? Because I’m at least 6”5” tall and would like a rzr 1000 but find it difficult to get in and out. Mainly because of the way the door frame is designed
Ditch the factory doors and get motoarmor doors. They extend outward 4ish inches.
I have a 2021 crew 1000 premium I paid 15,000 out the door brand new. So glad I bought one when I did. It sits at the farm and only used sparingly every other weekend.
Why does the all wheel drive switch go into diff lock first then 4 wd. This set up only puts pressure on the drive shafts and ball joints and steering gear as when you turn it is screwing the drive train unnecessarily. 😢
I hope the stereo system has gotten better. mine doesn't want to pickup signal. i have the 23 NorthStar crew
there dosn't seem to be an audio ACC unit available. only NS has audio
@@onlyinaxj1421 NS as in Northstar
@onlyinaxj1421 that is what I have. 23 xp1000 northstar ultimate
Be interesting to see if the front tires protrude out by how much more from the front end if any now as that would allow for much more vertical climb in fact if can upgrade to larger rim and tire even more true. Mud guards would be nice as well as reinforced glass and heavily reinforced plastic. Nice to see in the shop but how this works in the mud then afterwards for cleaning definitely would help this "sell" as a media product far better. Having a skid steer option for moving timber and other work would be a huge positive option to have as well maybe already does I don't know but given crazy high prices great upgrades but still seems like a "toy" to me.
Lotta haters on this comment thread. Not me. Love mine.
What about the 2025 Polaris pro r?!?
Are the shift mech updates to the 2025 transmissions backwards compatible to 2024 without case replacement?
Clearly not as the internals are completely different.
Internals didn’t change, only the shift drum and mech did, hence my question.
The sliding collar was removed leaving just the two forks which are moving on wider spaced tracks. I don’t see how it would work, but I’ll defer to any experts out there.
good question-as a Polaris dealer tech, I'd like to know-so that we could help prior year customers if/when their transmission has to be serviced internally. It would be a selling point should someone need to go into it.
Soooooooooo expensive now! How are middle class people going to pay for something like this, these are going into wealthy people status now. Sad how quickly they have gone up in price.

Gear reduction?
How many recalls p.o.s.
The canvas doors do not fit good the windows should unzip for replacement
How much now
Make the Xpedition QUIETER!! I have installed your clutch weights and spent over $500 on sound deadening it. And It's still Loud. Yes I know its an off road vehicle but I came from a Ranger and it was 20 times Quieter!! Tried trading it back in with 35 miles on it for an XD 1500 and no one wants to trade me!
Too expensive
I need a UTV mortgage. :)
When are you actually going to make the diesel a contender with the rest, a turbo version that could at least do 55 mph minimum, 65 mph would be great!!!! You would corner the market!!
Could u send me one I don’t have the money😭😭
"That buttery smooth shift effort". I'm more concerned about the jerky clutches. It scares my granddaughter away from riding with me! I'm trying to encourage and have fun outdoors with my grandkids and my jerky XP1000 is scaring them away! Why can't you guys fix that? Why do we have to depend on the aftermarket for improvement? What about a real parking brake? If you park on a hill it sounds like you're breaking steel when you put it in gear. How about addressing the lock and go windshield? You can install it and before you know it has worked it's way down from vibration and flex. Then it pulls the weather seal loose from the bottom. How about getting some real customer input instead of people telling you what you want to hear?
First like and comment
cfmoto is hot on your trail....it all comes down to price
Several of my neighbors have traded their Rangers for Can Ams.
Disappointing to hear all the bitching from people watching a video that is showing positive changes that were made to address concerns. Think about it, your logic does not make sense to reasonable people. Yes, they are expensive buy the one you can afford or don't buy one at all, your choice! In case you live in a cave you know everything has gone up. Ultimately the market will dictate what the market will bear. Same is true for everything else we buy. I for one appreciate that they are making changes to the shifter, stereo, roof, steering and so on.

Those net doors aren’t worth the money that they are made of
Absolutely a waste

Polaris has by far the worst reliability in the market!!!!!!
Based on what?
You sound like a Toyota fanboy.
Take into consideration they are the market leader by a huge amount. So if you see 1 Kawasaki in the shop, expect equal quality to be 6+ Polaris in the shop.
But hey, ratio math isn't everyone's forte I guess.
It’s still a toy…when you do like Honda and put actual transmissions in and get sane with the prices …
Use the Toyota business model..
We've sold more Honda clutch packs through our dealership than polaris belts.
...just saying.
I've had both. Both require that you do not operate them too slowly in high gear. One is a $2800 repair, one is $200.
