Finally, each crew members have 3 skills each. I love my KV-2 and SU-100Y.
The SU-100Y is awesome! It has a amazing gun with lots of alfa and also the premium rounds are interesting you get lower pen but higher damage! I just find this tank amazing and i have it myself too i love earning credits in that tank!
That's interesting about damage at 200m or less... kind of disappointing in a way because I feel that being in a TD can be quite difficult at times, it's harder to have a successful match in a TD due to relying on others for spotting, usually no turret, etc. Maybe the numbers tell a different story, though, and they realized TDs were more efficient for farming credits.
Pix Pax I guess I was just ranting about camping in general... teams that "lemming" into camping positions don't seem to understand that if they are camping, they also aren't spotting but if the other team has competent active scouts, the campers will get spotted and picked off. Other times maps force you to camp by making it a more logical choice, like El Halluf or Komarin.
True enough, but like Wayne Gretzky said, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. Going and drowning yourself when you could possibly deal some more damage or even win if you are lucky is silly.

Hi mate ive bought this tank and using my Obj 704 crew with BIA and near full camio skill its amazing got the reload down to just over 13secs etc with rammer and its MY most fun tank in game well apart from my T-54...ive even bought it for two of my mates (im generous like that lol) to mimic your TOG night on a smaller scale. Ive had many ppl ask me about the tank and with an average kill ratio of over 2-4 tanks killed per match its so much FUN thanks for the review, there is 3 more in game!
got it this weekend after debating (already have the 122-44) and simply floored. . . I think I am going to have to go back to the KV1 and get the KV2. . . I bet that is also a blast!

i own this tank destroyer i bought it for myself and coming up on almost half a year of owning it i have taken out tier 7s,and 8s since this tank can get into tier 8 games that tier 8 gun is like a massive one sided troll cannon like the bl-10 though it doesnt troll u if u play it right u will always troll the tier 6,7s,and 8 tanks on the enemy team
This is the ISU-152 of tier 6. I love it and have mostly good games even bottom tier. The only tank Ive had 10 kills in. Carried a whole dead team with it, so the potential of 100Y is massive.
Your videos are great, but would you please consider using a better lit garage for reviews e.g. standard or 2 year anniversary. Sounds silly but I like to see the tank in better light.
I don't see the need for people clarifying that by ISU they mean ISU-152. There is just no other ISU since just 3 TD´s in game are built on IS hull (4 depending on how you look at it), and two (3 in liberal case) are still being referred by their prototype code and i actually highly doubt they would be named as ISU even if they went into production.
This.. looks like an amazingly fun tank. Russian TDs are next on my list of lines to grind so I'll totally be getting one of these to speed along the crew skills and troll people! Hehe

here's an interesting bit. The difference in map strategy between the servers. This game of Quicky's he went East to the city and pretty much all of the Heavy Tanks went west..Remeber he is on EU server Now on NA East.. it is completely opposite. If a heavy goes West, all the other heavies are like "What are you doing?" I had a fantastic 2550 DMG game in the SU-100y going West and sitting in that bush on the road right at the edge of the map. Now on NA West Everyone tends to go straight up the middle. Its just something I noticed as strange between the NA Servers.

Mortonbmx Biggest Problem I see is the 15 min time limit. I would not be mad at all if WG upped the time limit to 20 to 30 minutes. Sure it would promote more camping but it would also promote more strategy. The Lemming Train rush would disappear hopefully. I will take My IS-3 into areas where heavy tanks normally dont go tho. Its an IS-3 after all which is more of a heavy type of medium than a true heavy. Want a True Russian Heavy? Get the KV LOL

probably should add to this that this tank is virtually unplayable without a decently trained crew. I've played this tank loads of times in blitz but it needs every upgrade here in WOT to be competitive. Having recently come to WOT from blitz I purchased the tank and was disappointed by just how handicapped it is for new players. QB, maybe you can do a video on beginner premium tanks for new players and untrained crews (e.g. valentine II is ideal)?
the second one was when a WZ-131 Was rushing our arty and was then HIDING from them at the middle of the H-J 7 line so came back and rammed him dead then typed out "DONT TOUCH MY ARTY!" everybody was laughing that game. lolol
anyone who dont buy it on discount must regret it. this tank is awesome. has a terrible points of tracks hp. engine and fuel tanks. 196 pen penetrate without any problems pretty damn always. speed and agility is cool. hes a perfect rammer due to his speed and weight ! i love it. i buy it 4 days ago and i have 140 + battles on it already and not bored at all . Umm this has nothing to do with the 100y but I have like loads steelwalls on my guess what. Amx 40 DUCK TANK 4 THE WIEN. all I did to grind for the ELC is go out to the open and get steel walls for bouncing shots.
I just run it with standard and HE ammo, the gold rounds have a little less pen and actually have a wider damage range. Nothing says fun like punching someone in the face with this thing.
Recon WB side-scrapping with the KV-2 can let you negate every tank's cannon, and after they've bounced you can pull back and smack them, regardless if they're counter-scrapping, because it's HE. 100Y has a troll mantlet that can bounce shots and the 60mm is more than enough to get occasional bounces.
Lol I remember bouncing a KV2 shell in my SU-100Y. It helps if you wiggle your tank while retreating because the box becomes a diamond while you're moving, much like the tiger 1.

I love my SU-100y. When I have theses days where I'm fed up, I use gold rounds which do about 550 damage per shot. It feels so good!

it was a special event. it was probably because it was December, or christmas or something, Wargaming automatically changes it under a special event
The gun is a Light Naval gun meant for a destroyer ^^
The low armour on the box means that it is very vulnerable to HE ammo, that is its main weakness

Karagianis i bounced a shot from a tiger 2 in my kv-2, not nearly as impressive as a steel wall in the 100Y, but STILL!
