As a Magic player, I give you a winge & a chuckle for the title joke.
Also, as a burn main I love these cards way too much. I know they're one trick ponies (with a million bits to do it), but death by chip damage is just so much fun.
I'm a sucker for the idol theme, so this series of cards really appealed to me and I'm delighted that they got new support. Blue Angel is even the second character I maxed out in Duel Links.
If a deck has "Trick" in the title, it's probably BS to play against.

Once, during the Master Duel Fairy / Fiend festival, I successfully burned Trickstar for game with tax dragon.
I used to play master duel using trickstars with Despia, went through so many iterations of that deck
Trickstars be like:you wanna do anything and take our spotlight. To burn your ears.
Whats extra crazy is how important knowledge of hand traps and face dowms is to maximize the utility of reincarnation, or the effect of light stage/arena.
While the field spells are strong if the opponent can react to the stun, it puts you in an awkward spot
A thought crossed my mind, trickstar reincarnation in Labrynth. Yeah they got EEV, but if you can make the opponent draw into more spells.
What about a Lycoris/Dark Room of Nightmare package in Generaiders?

Edit: I cannot find where I read this alleged rule change. Information could be wrong and should be taken with a grain of salt
Fun fact: a recent rule change makes it so Lycoris pings each card separately. So if you force them to draw 5, they take 5 instances of 200 and not 1000. Which means Light Stage pings for each 200, and Dark Room of Nightmares gets to ping for each Lycoris and each Light Stage
Used to play this deck and with that change I think I may have to go back to it lol.

Lycoris is quite a menace. I recently had a MD match that I FTK the opponent for the sole reason of them activating Maxx C. It also helps that I deal 1k damage per draw.
ive always been a big fan of the link climbing trickstar deck, as opposed to just lycoris/candina turbo. hyped for new support to come to MD in a year

That's the point, Specter should be used to using the internet to fulfill his kinks without having to have human interaction and making a whole ass new card for it.
Dark room of nightmare is broken in this deck. With light stage/candina, dark room, reincarnation and lycruss in hand, going you can do half their life points by the time they enter the standby phase

One of my favorite moves to do with Trickstar is to link summon Foxglove Witch and then immediately crash it. I’ve stolen games that way.

There's a similar Trickstar Aqua Angel in Vanguard that techs into other archetypes, so this is nothing new.
Fun lil fact: If the player of a Snake-Eyes deck is just clicking buttons and not reading (like most) you can easily O.T.K. them with a Trickstar Deck. x'D lol

Ah trickstars. The deck that exemplifies their duelist the most. Massive wasted potential by the writers/ creators of the cards and ideas all over the place to make one of the worse femC decks ever.
And I mean card wise. I love trickstars but so many cards are the most anime ever and the new cards are easily the worse legacy support I’ve ever seen. I truly loved this deck but Konami obviously didn’t with how they gave marincess a card in the trickstar set. Pitiful
