I love playing the Tu-4, I play it a lot and I use all of these tactics, I knew them before I watch the vid but it contains some good tips, nice!
Thanks for the tips and if you only bomb to grind use the Il-28 because you can get to a base in a dive and gain 10K SL and after that you can go for ground targets until you get killed and if you get killed early in battle your repair cost is most time between 3.0-4.5K so you can get easily 10K a battle

why do you choose bombers over fighters
Because Fighters are too easy considering amounts of trash at every battle rating. Getting 2K/D in a bomber is somewhat a challenge, getting same in a fighter is just dive&shoot AFK ground pounders.
Hi, thanx for question! Cause I like bombers :D I by myself was kinda noob at fighters so started doin bombers and oh man for me it was a difference, i could squeez out much more RP and SL than with fighters. Kinda charge through research tree. Also could be kinda AFK thing, aim direction to fly and can do other stuff while wait. But really matters how much others take bombers, too much - team will lose and base bombing will be for one's who reached them first.
Yeah, with fighter You are forced to go for fight, and if You are new player it could be hard thing to get kills after first rank. With bomber that more like alternative way. But I agree in matter to defend Yourself from fighters it takes amount of skill to be executed succesfully.
First step: learn to play. I have 1.5 K/D in Pe-8 and Halifax, 2K/D in Yer-2(ACH-30B) late, some PPL from squadron have much more. You gotta use simplified controls with turret view to manuever freely, and much other stuff.))) P.S evading the enemy wont make you a better player and most of bombers cant carry any bombs due to bad climb rate, so they can't be effectively played as bombers.

approach to at least get some SL for them. Was same for me when I started WT. Also about climb rate, it doest matter in later ranks, fighter will get You any way. The thing is delay the time You are spotted by enemy and drop bombs, then You can go for fight. PS. So You would suggest go straight accross battlefield with TU-4 and not to avoid? :D In that rank are planes with rockets You have no options how to defend Yourself.
@@Iplayedagame I understand your point. Let's admit: bombers are in a disadvantageous situation in game: while having totally fine durability and higher than they should flight performance, they a) have EXTREMELY hard to use turrets due to parallax b) can't travel in big groups or have altitude advantage (except rare cases when playing with small bomb load ), c) fighter players have mouse controls. d) most of bombers are barely playable or completely unplayable. All of that makes really hard gameplay requiring lotsa hours. About Tu-4: keep engine temperature strictly below 200 degrees Celsius (use manual engine controll, I can give you the setup if u want) this will cut off any heat seekers, radars are very rare, but you can't counter those just shoot the plane or the rocket with maximum precision, sometimes you will destroy one or the other.

The thing is bombers got broken by fkin kids crying at Gaijin because gunners shot from too far but gaijin went from 1km range to 100m range for automatic gunners, which doesn’t make any sense compared to real life…
All we can do is crying at gaijin to raise again the value at AT LEAST 500 meters

Yeah, sometimes they come when least expect. There was one time i kinda take quick look on map, like few sec and that was enough to shoot me down - one jet charged in so fast, I afterwards thought what just happened :D
