Rain I would’ve appreciated your positivity without the use of ‘god’ to get your message out. It loses all meaning when you say “god bless you” when he would rather have me suffer for not believing in him.

Rain I wasn’t offended but I do think the whole god bless thing is a bit overused. I think of it this way. When your family says they love you, it seems normal, like a very common thing to happen. It happens so often that it passes by you without you even caring. When a person out of your family that you’ve gotten to know very well says it, it triggers a feeling that your family could never give you by saying that. So when these people go around saying god bless, I don’t really feel anything. When I see a comment from a person actually trying to be nice, not for religion, not for family, not for what people expect you to say to them, but just to be nice, I feel it, and it means a lot more. Just my opinion. Stay open minded bro, peace :)

Somebody needs to show Jesse this. He’ll probably get emotional. He’s really attached to his songs, and I doubt he knew he was writing something that could sound this beautiful at the time.
