The second stadium you saw (24:05) was Twickenham Stadium in Southwest London - its actually a major rugby stadium. I think the first stadium you saw was indeed football, home to Crystal Palace FC. The Eiffel Tower-like structure was the Crystal Palace radio mast located in the neighbourhood of Crystal Palace in south London.
