The brother-brother scene was superb !! I Iike the eye expression of both Xu Feng and Run Yi. While Xu Feng (Deng Lun) expressed that he was angry at his brother by raising voice and frowning face, his eye still showed his kindness and bonding to his bro. While Run Yi (Luo Yunxi) said to Xu Feng that he failed his mission and deserved penalty, his eye insisted that he did not regret on what he had done.
people seem to find that kuang lu is a match to the emperor, but let's be honest. she's the "i can fix him" enabler kind of female. she conspired with the night immortal during the heavenly realm wedding. she was okay with detaining a woman. she keeps protecting night immortal and agreeing with him when everything he plans is twisted and wrong. they were too similar that it can be wrong.
Facts. I wanted them to be together just so he’d have someone but she was actually quite irritating. At the beginning Runyu was actually going to step back from Jinmi for Xunfeng’s sake until Kuanglu filled his ears about how he shouldn’t let Xunfeng have everything. She’s indirectly responsible for several of the horrible things Runyu did later in the series, and she keeps blindly supporting his methods instead of correcting him.
A lot of people like Kang Lun or whatever she’s called but I honestly feel she doesn’t know her place and if she had married Run yu, she would have supported all his evil deeds all in the name of love. The heavenly realm is just filled with messed up people.
From the beginning to the end, Xufeng has always been superior with clear heart and mind. Except, the time he tried to hurt Jin Mi 😔 this scene is one the greatest for both actors 👏
I admire the two actor here..after this drama i started watching their dramas..but their acting here was so good..i really admire them..i'm still rewatching it..
Denglun's acting in Mr Fighting drama is good too. Personally, I like his acting better there. And he also one of the main lead for film The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity on Netflix. His acting keep getting better and better.

Run Yu en el fondo es noble pero está muy dañado. Nadie le enseñó a amar y por eso creía que debía arrebatar afecto que nunca ha tenido en lugar de valorar. Debió ver el cariño de Jin Mi, el afecto de su hermano, así como la devoción de la chica que lo sigue a todos lados. Me di cuenta que ella es la única que le puede enseñar a amar y curar sus heridas y soledad en que ha vivido. I think this ashes of Love can continue for season 2 which is focus on Run Yu. Run Yu's life maybe can be change to be some one from heartless to someone that have empathy. I think Run Yu's character can be develop at season 2. Please the scripwriter think about this idea.
