What do you expect out of a 1-2 second ult genuinely curious? Id say genshin ults look better than Wuwa but at the same time it's a close one, the reason genshin and wuwa have short animations is because they are action games and timer based content would be atrocious with a 10 second ult that'd be 30 seconds wasted on ult animation. Not to mention HSR would be even more boring if you were only looking at a 3 second animation everyday because that's really the only interesting thing to look at when playing hsr is ults ngl

second off, this is from someone who is an animator, their ults being short than hsr makes sence since as u said it is time based, which is the same as genshin, but onething u mistaking and mistaking so hard, which is bc ur a WuWa glazer so makes sence, is that its a close one compared to genshins design and visuals, ok calm down, i dont even play genshin ive dropped it, but simply put, they dont even come close, in WuWa the sound design is bad, they use the same sound design for every ult when it starts like wtf?, the animations are too short, even genshins arnt this short, most of the animations make no sence if ur an animator ull know what i mean, the visuals are cut too short which doesint give the player enough time to apreciate them, even with genshins short animations u still get get setisfied with looking at them.
to finish off, they still have a lot way to go, even honkai impact 3rd characters from 3 years ago have better ults than all of the characters curecntly introduced in WuWa, if we talk about dragons which that guy with the green dragon is the most decent one they have animation wise, id simply say, look at Raiden Mei, she also has a dragon, ezz clap, he doesint even come close even sound design wise

@@dazz_2dwuwa animations are short because its combat is faster than both genshin and hsr, hsr being turn based which i personally find hella boring and genshin combat is too repetitive with nothing new to do
After playing HSR for so long, these action combat gacha ults with 1 second windows dont seem interesting at all
even tho we play at 2x speed, HSR ults are whole ass cutscenes
Well unless they freeze the game time it doesn't seem to be a good thing to have super long animation

And this is why I stopped playing HSR. Turn-based games just feel so slow and passive. I want a game that stimulates my senses.
Please see PGR's recent ults, they're not as long as HSR's bc it isn't turn-based combat, but they're good & proof that you just need to let the developers (Kuro) cook.
