    Fish: 4 kg
    Haakh (Collard Green): 1 1/2 Kg
    tomatoes: 1.5 kg
    Radish: 1.5 kg
    Lotus Stem (Nadru): 1.5 kg
    Black Cardamom: 5
    Green Cardamom: 7 to 8
    cinnamon Stick: 2
    cloves: 6 to 7
    Cumin: 1 teaspoon
    black Peppercorns : 10 to 12
    Salt: as per the taste
    Garlic Paste: 4 tablespoon
    Kashmiri Red Chili Powder: 5 tablespoons
    Turmeric: 1 tablespoon
    Dry ginger Powder: 1 teaspoon
    funnel Powder: 1 teaspoon
    Friend onion paste: 4 to 5 tablespoon
    whole dry kashmiri red chili: 7 to 8 pcs
    oil for frying
    water: 1.5 litter
