I've been showing the same fireman for about 20 years. Works really good.

He explain things very well like I definitely understood what he meant by what you wanted to be one motion you don't want to be stuck in that position he explains technique better than most that's forsure

There is just something about the way the best move. The efficiency and confidence.

it's the most intuitive for me. Never drilled it, only practiced it like once, rest was visualization, and don't have a wrestling background, but was able to hit it in a playful takedown spar. buttery smooth 😎

It’ll work. Especially when your opponent focuses on hand fighting up top and applies pressure in, you can change levels and shoot in allowing your opponent’s momentum to take him over.

@@jurrytaalib-deen9788 I think the Princeton kid and Cornell kid are getting really close and should give him a run...was also going to throw in the Va Tech kid...but something happened to him this year, tanked!maybe too much of a weight cut
just afraid Lee will only be 1 year removed from 2 ACLs...
but I'm pulling for Lee big time...seems like a good kid...
but Iowa desperately needs to find other potential 4xers...hell they need potential 1X National Champs...PSU is unfortunately dominating.
