    Ingredients:
    Prepare Cheese Steak Filling:
    -Beef undercut 500g
    -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
    -Cooking oil 1 tbs
    -Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
    -Lehsan (Garlic) 1 bulb
    -Fresh rosemary 1-2 twigs
    -Pyaz (White onion) sliced 1 medium
    -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
    -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
    -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
    -Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
    -Yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 Cup
    -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
    -Dried thyme ½ tsp
    -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
    -Olper’s Cream 3 tbs
    Prepare Calzone Dough:
    -Warm water 1 Cup
    -Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & ½ tsp
    -Sugar powdered ½ tbs
    -Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups
    -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Cooking oil 2 tsp
    -Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated as required
    -Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated as required
    -Olper’s Milk
    Directions:
    Prepare Cheese Steak Filling:
    -Cut undercut beef into thin strips,sprinkle salt,black pepper crushed,mix well & set aside.
    -In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
    -Add seasoned steak strips,garlic bulb,rosemary twig & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
    -Take out garlic,rosemary & reserve for later use.
    -Add onion,capsicum,mix well & cook for a minute & set aside.
    -In the same iron pan,add butter & let it melt.
    -Add onion & sauté until translucent.
    -Add ½ bulb of roasted garlic pulp & mash gently.
    -Add all-purpose flour & mix well.
    -Add chicken stock & mix well.
    -Add salt,dried thyme,black pepper powder,mix well & cook until it thickens.
    -Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.
    -Turn on the flame,add cooked beef & veggies,mix well,cook for a minute & set aside.
    Prepare Calzone Dough:
    -In a small jug,add warm water,instant yeast,sugar & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
    -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.
    -Gradually add yeast mixture,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
    -Add cooking oil & knead well,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
    -Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough until smooth then cut into 6 portions.
    -Take one portion (110g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (8-inches).
    -On baking tray (greased & lined with butter paper),place rolled dough,on half side of the dough,add prepared filling,mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese,apply water & fold the other side over it,press,apply water & seal the edges.
    -With the help of knife slightly add cuts on the surface & apply milk on top (makes 6).
    -Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 20-22 minutes (on both grills).
    -Serve with tomato ketchup!

    -Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.

    -Namak,dried thyme & kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
    -Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Chulha on karein,cooked beef & veggies dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
    Prepare Calzone Dough:
    -Small jug mein neem garam pani,khameer aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein.
    -Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Thora thora ker ka yeast mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
    -Cooking oil dal ker ghond lein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
    -Maida dal ker dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein phir 6 portions mein cut ker lein.
    -Ek portion (110g) lein,ball bana lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (8-inches).
    -Baking tray (greased & lined with butter paper) per rolled dough rakh dein,dough ki ek side per tayyar filling,mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese dal dein,edges per pani laga lein aur dosri side ko fold ker lein,press ker ka pani laga lein aur edges ko seal ker lein.
    -Knife ki madad sa surface per cuts laga ker doodh laga lein (makes 6).
    -Preheated oven mein 200C per 20-22 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
    -Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
