It didn't work. While pressing ANY key, it booted up to a login screen - no bios.

On the security section of the bios setup I was unable to access the sub-menu, what could be the cause..
First put it is to the default mood in the entire bios and then see if it is asked for any admin password? If it does, then issue it the security lock. If it does not ask for any password, then the issue would be fixed. Hope that would help.

Where do i apply a WINDOWS 10 Operating System as i have a Creation Tool On USB ,As you can tell im rather lost with a Lenovo Workstation and a great Lenovo T430s Laptop rat when i go to BIOS what do i do to get my HITACHI drive to come back is it a microsoft site with the Tool or Vreation Tool Or The Other one. Honestly this is why i went out and bought a workstation with one Tb Ect....Lenovo are great as i have a better chance on the LAPTOP ON WINDOWS 10 and now black screen snd it's all to do with UEFI + THIS LEGACY as you jave to match both correctly in BIOS mode to get it back working im just stuck trying SAN-DISK 32GIG with Vreation tool doing nothing ....H E L P ! ! ! I hate this slow Worksyation it is really slow and then just gives up as the Laptop is Flawless as i added more memory when i first bought it 2 years ago .....10/10 video sir ...THANKS BEST DUB ON HERE

Thanks for sharing. I use L440 too.The C: drive(OS drive) needs to be converted to GPT mode from MBR mode, if you want to use UEFI boot(Secure Boot) for windows 10.

Thanks for sharing ! I just bought a Lenovo thinkpad L440 for a good price but it turns out that the bios supervisor key is locked ! is it possible for me to bypass the bios password as soon as I identifies the correct chip? can u help me please
You must needed to replace the bios chip with new default program which only some tech guys can do.
@@thepcphone I did it by my own yesterday ! it was easy to find the bios chip and bypass it ! I entred the bios and I deleted the supervisor key.
@@anixxbel759same to me i unlock passwd bios by short circuit after that’s i cant setting bios 😅
What if the USB show as excluded
Need to change the settings to enable usb
