Yes the wheel brush should spin automatically. I didn't think there was a light on this vacuum though even though I wished there was?
Hi, does it have a blower function? How to clean liquid spillage on carpet with this?
Only suction no blower. I've never tried it for spillage. I usually just try not to spill anything instead.
I just bought the Eureka Power Glide Upright Vacuum, model NEU 280. Thank you times 10 for your instruction video on how to assemble it and its performance. Just one question. The height adjustment knob does not seem to work. I recently read a review on this model with the same complaint. Any thoughts on this? Thanks again.

Does it have something to wrap around the cable?? I saw a comment that says they dont know where to wrap it?
You wrap the power cable on two hooks on back of vacuum which is standard on most vacuums.

Do the brush rollers catch pet hair so we have to cut it off with scissors? Is it still going strong for you?
I don't have pet hair but the brush rollers haven't caught anything where I need to use scissors to cut it off roller. Yes it's still working great and strong! I do empty it out regularly before it's full and I've probably cleaned the filter 3 times since purchasing.
Don't forget there is a little hook at the top of the handle to hook the cord through so is keeps it out of the way when vacuuming...

Nice video, but you forgot one of the most important parts. The handle is removeable. The hose attaches to it, and the handle acts as an extension wand.
I don't know how important it is and honestly I never use that feature. The hose should be a little longer to use that feature too.

Once you align filter it should snap down into place.
Is the suction good ?
Yeah the suction is really strong. I have high carpets in some rooms and it's actually tough to push the vacuum over them even at highest level.

Did you mention what is that big hole on the handle for. Did I miss it.
The handle hole is for attachment hose to help with hard to reach areas although the hose could be a little longer.

My eureka doesn't have a foot pedal for handle to go back, you push the head to go back.
That's odd yours didn't come with a release pedal.

I guess if you look at the pictures where you bought it, on box or in instructions you can see if it was supposed to have a foot pedal or not.
