How To Use Slow Shutter Speeds On Film

Everyone knows that you can use long exposures to create moody images but not everyone knows how to play with slow shutter speeds to add that hint of movement. This is something I've been doing for quite a while and I wanted to share it with you guys.

I sometimes like slightly blurry pictures even a bit more because the pictures can feel more dreamy this way.
