For high rpm you definitely need strong valve springs or dual valve springs

Hey Jhampa, please check the new 82mm forged piston and the new con rod weight compared to the stock one, and adjust the crankshaft counterbalance weight accordingly to get near 0 vibrations and better performance/ less wear on the crank bearings and crank journals.
Great work, I have watched the entire series, all other things done well.
bdw another advantage of your longer con rod is better top end power and reduced piston skirt wear.

You need to upgrade the radiator size too, because the engine will start to produce more heat which can't be handled by stock cooling system.

I'm getting issues in my Pulsar AS200 as it stops after 4-5 km and restart in next 5-10 min only to repeat the entire thing again. I have changed my magnet coiled ,cdi unit still the problem is persisting. Radiator fan is working too but to no benefit. So what could be the problem?
