Oh I so enjoyed watching this video. Sometimes it's hard to image how to use one sheet with such a design. Cards are beautiful as always. Thanks for sharing.. Have a great day.
So glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching and your kind words :)
I loved that sheet of paper but loved it even more when cut up. So unique and festive. 🇨🇦 (Mary)
It was hard to cut up such a beautiful piece of paper, but I did end up loving the results. Thanks for watching :)
What a great way to use the large scene paper. It's an absolutely gorgeous set of cards!
Thank you so much! :)
Now I know what to do with all the scene paper I have. Thank you for showing this one. ❤❤❤❤❤
Glad it was helpful! :)
I usually leave these types of paper in the pad because I can't figure out how to use them. Now you have given me some ideas.
I usually do too, now I am going to look at them differently. Thanks for watching :)
Incredibile come da un foglio apparentemente "difficile" da utilizzare possa uscire una simile bellezza...! Complimenti! 🔝
Glad you liked how I used the paper :) Thanks for watching!
Wow this opens up a whole new way of using Cardstock
Right?! I have so many sheets left in paper pads that I would have never thought to use on cards. Thanks for watching :)
Not being a scrapbokker, I usually end up hoping I like the back side of those pages, even though I love the full page spread. Fabulous way to use these and still get a set of cards for our days to have ladies put these together to offer to charities to raise funds...thanks for a great tip.
That's a great idea! Glad the video was helpful and inspiring. :) Thanks for watching!
I didn’t expect it to look so nice. It really looks great
I have to agree - I was questioning the outcome a bit myself. ;) Thanks for watching!
Hi Alicia. Stunning twist. The cards are phenomenal. Great job as always. TFS 💙🤗
Thanks so much, Noreen :)
Have made many mystery cards. They are THE prettiest; especially with Mintay papers! Thanks for this refresh!
This was my first set and I am excited to try some more :) thanks for watching!
Great idea with large scale picture paper. Never would h e thought of this. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching :)
This is a very great way to use those full sheets of patterned paper. I really love the paper you used and they turned out very pretty. TFS
So glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching :)
I love these cards and the process. You are generous and kind to provide all the information to your viewers. Thank you!!
I am a recent subscriber and I am so happy I found you!! Your videos are so detailed, which I so appreciate!! ❤️
Glad you enjoyed the video and so glad to have you as a subscriber! :)
What a fun way to use those pictures.
Thanks for watching :)
Absolutely beautiful cards! Thank you for the instructions. Have a blessed day.
You are so welcome. Have fun "getting crafty" and thanks for watching! :)
Wow, this changes everything! I'm going to go through my 12x12 papers and pull out some that I thought couldn't be used for card making. Thanks for sharing!
Yep, I'll definitely be looking at my Hot Buy paper pads with new eyes. I have many sheets left that are similar. Thanks for watching :)
This is a great idea for those big image papers. I usually ignore those papers, but now I'll definitely use them! Thanks for sharing!
I usually do too. Not any longer, though ;) Thanks for watching!
I never saw such an ingenious way to use a full printed sheet of DSP. Your cards are absolutely beautiful!
So glad you enjoyed the video :) TFW!
This is the first time watching a Rewind video....LOVE the use of such a beautiful big print. I will be using this technique on some of the patterned paper I have trouble cutting because of the beautiful big design. Thank you for the wonderful video and tips.
So glad you enjoyed your first Rewind video. Thanks for watching and "happy crafting" :)
Can’t wait to try that most beautiful card ever
So glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching :)
I love that paper. Your cards are beautiful. Great sketch.
Thank you for watching. :)
WOW fabulous cards Alicia 😻 I love the pattern papers, your card designs and your tutorial ❤️ thanks for sharing your creativity Hugs xx
So glad you enjoyed the video, Joan! :) Thanks for watching.
Saw MayMay's video on this and thought it was an awesome technique - and then I went looking for scene paper and realized "darn, don't have any" BUT it think I have another idea in mind now instead of buying some! Thanks so much for your twist! Lovely!
Thanks so much for taking the time to watch and comment. Hope you can ‘get crafty’ with your idea soon. :)
You are so crafty! Love this idea for using a large scene sheet of paper!
Glad you enjoyed the video. :) Thanks for watching!
Thank you for showing us this technique! Now to get those hard to use papers out!
Have fun "getting crafty"! Thanks for watching :)
Beautiful cards! Thanks for sharing! I've seen the May May made it video before. Such a great idea!
Thanks so much for watching, Brenda! :)
Gorgeous cards! I love this idea for the big scene sheets I have. TFS! ❤️🎄
I hope you give it a try soon! Thanks for watching :)
Fabulous cards! Will have to watch again more closely, could be my card design!
Thanks for watching :)
MayMay has done this several times and the results are always wonderful. You've done her proud by using her method. I doubt I have any paper with a whole scene on the DSP since they've always seemed more suitable for scrapbooking, which I don't do. I'll have to find a friend to trade some DSP with me. VERY nice!
Hope you can trade some paper and give this a try, Lucy! Thanks for watching :)
This is such a brilliant idea to use up those large prints. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for taking the time to watch :)
Fabulous! I will be looking at my paper quite differently! Thanks so much!!!!
It definitely helps us stretch those supplies and maybe use some papers we never thought we would. :) Thanks for watching!
I love these. Great way to use those big themed sheets. thanks so much.
Glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching :)
That is a very interesting way of doing some thing, with a beautiful pattern paper, it turned out great! Thanks
Glad you liked the results! :) Thanks for watching.
Dry interesting way of using the large print card stock. I’ll have to give it a try. Thanks for the tutorial.
I hope you will try it soon. :) Thanks for watching!
What a great remake. I need to check out my papers now. Thanks so much!
Hope you can find some to give this a try :) Thanks for watching!
I love these, Al ❤
:) Thanks for watching!
Absolutley love this!!! I will be looking at papers differently!
Have fun 'getting crafty'!! :) Thanks for watching.
These cards are beautiful! I love the “flow” from font to inside and definitely I will b looking at my big pieces differently! 🥰 They’re the ones I always have left because I don’t know what to do it’s them. Thank you so much for sharing 💕 These are so in keeping with your decorating the inside of the card as well as the front as you mostly do!
Hope you will give this a try! :) thanks for watching.
I’m going to try this! Thank you for sharing!
Wonderful - have fun! Thanks for watching :)
Thank you for this rewind and the great card idea. I always struggle with those scene patterned papers. I'm going to give this a try!
Wonderful! Have fun "getting crafty" and thanks for watching :)
One of my favorite sketch
Thanks for watching :)
The cards are beautiful. I saw that video that Maymay did and I'm still amazed how they come out. . Thanks for the rewind!!
Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment, Charlene :)
Alicia these are awesome, thank you for sharing, I could never figure out how to use those scene papers. I went back thru my donation bin today and pulled out a couple as I will be giving this method a try tomorrow. Great job.
Yay! I hope you had fun giving it a try. Thanks for watching :)
This was the best. I am so going to try this. Thanks for sharing.
Have fun "getting crafty"! Thanks for watching :)
Oh my! That paper is so gorgeous! I would've had a hard time cutting that! I saw the Maymay vitro too, and I'd like to give it a try, but I'll probably chicken out!
You can do it, Karen!! :) hee hee Thanks for watching.
@@CallMeCraftyAl, I definitely have the papers to do it with! No surprise there! LOL 😁
Okay, my jaw dropped when you laid them all out and it was the original piece of paper. Pure genius! These are so pretty and I'm still in awe!!
Aw, thank you, friend :) Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching!
Beautiful cards! To answer your question, I don't buy 12x12 paper with large images, and don't think it would be as easy for me as it was for you to pull off ... but IF I did, I might try it! :)
I *always* avoided sheets like these until I saw MayMay's videos. Now I will look at them differently. Thanks for watching :)
Those turned out lovely!
Thanks so much, Debbie! :)
Beautiful...🥰
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful cards! I recently discovered Mintay paper and I am in love with it. I have used Maymaymade it mystery cutting on it and other brands. It works every time. Thanks for the card sketch.💕
I am always drawn to Mintay when I am at my LSS. Thanks for watching :)
These are stunning!
Thanks so much :)
I used July 2020 for some of my Christmas cards that year. Loved how they turned out, but now I want to try again with your rewind idea! Thank you for all your ideas. Oooh, one more thing. Just wanted to say it’s wonderful to hear CZcams crafters give credit to others. It’s a great “community “. ☺️
I hope you give July another try!! :) It is a great community, I agree. Thanks for watching!
Love how you made this card
Thank you :)
I’m amazed at how well those cards turned out after seeing the original sheet of cardstock. Nice!
Right?! I knew the paper was beautiful, but wasn't sure what the end result would be. Thanks for watching :)
I have some Christmas scence 6 x 6 that I didn't know what I was going to use it for. I'm going to try this.
Wonderful! Have fun "getting crafty" and thanks for watching :)
lovely cards
thank you :)
Great idea Alicia, thanks
Glad you liked it. Thanks for watching :)
I've seen the MayMay mystery card video as well, and added to my 'techniques to try' list, but I love your take on it as well. Time to pull out those older full scene papers that I love, but didn't know what to do with them!
I hope you will give it a try soon :) thanks for watching!
Love this! What a great idea.
Glad you enjoyed it, Erica! Thanks for watching :)
Beautiful thank you
Great rewind, thanks so much.
Thanks for watching :)
I love this. Will have to try!! Thankyou
I hope you will! Thanks for watching :)
Love this rewind❣❣ I am excited to make these cards. I have wondered what to do with the scened cardstock. TFS!
I have wondered the same thing many times too ;) Thanks for watching!
This was amazing 🤩
Thanks so much for watching! :)
Love this idea
So glad! Thanks for watching :)
I never would have believed this scene card would have worked for multiple cards, but your cards came out beautifully! I do not buy large scenes like this because I don't scrapbook. May have to rethink this, huh? Thanks for today's video, Alicia.
I always avoided those pages too, but recently went to my LSS to look for them specifically :) Thanks for watching!
Very nice!
Thanks for watching :)
Brilliant!
Thanks so much :)
I have seen this “mystery card” idea before and been impressed with the results, but your take on it is absolutely wonderful! I think your change makes those cards more interesting. Thanks so much for this great idea! I will be looking with new eyes at all those pages in paper pads that I am unsure how to use. TY TY TY!!!
I am so glad you enjoyed and were inspired by my video. Hope you are able to make some of your own soon. Thanks for watching :)
Thanks for helping me understand how to use those beautiful scenes to make cards. Love
I have to say that as much as I love Mintay papers, it was intimidating to figure out how to use them on cards. Until, of course, Maymay showed the Mystery Card process. I love this 2.0 version you've used! I will be adding it to my Idea Book for future cards.
Mintay papers always draw my eyes at the LSS, but I avoided these full image pieces. After seeing MayMay's video I went there with the sole purpose of buying them. Thanks for watching :)
Love this!!!
Thanks for watching :)
I LOVE how your cards turned out. I actually watched the May May Made It video and thought what a brilliant idea. However, I can't find Mintay paper anywhere! So until then I won't be trying it out.
If you have any paper pads you may want to see if they have any "scenery" pages. It doesn't hae to be Mintay. :) Thanks for watching!
Love this! I have used Maymay’s mystery cut method and love your added take on it! I will try this with some Mintay paper I have…thanks so much!
Have fun "getting crafty"! Thanks for watching :)
These are great!
Thank you :)
Love this
Thank you :)
Very nice
Thank you 😊
WOW Alicia! I’ve watched Maymay use these Mintay full design sheet papers. I think Mintay makes beautiful papers but never had the vision to incorporate them into A2 size cards. Being a HUGE fan of your sketches, I am so glad you decided to give Mintay a try and share your video❣️
I hope you will give a set a try :) thanks for watching, Martha!
This was a GREAT rewind! I've watched this "scene" one sheet wonder technique before but your video so easy to follow. I'll be digging out my "scene" paper and putting them to good use.
Awesome - have fun "getting crafty"! Thanks for watching :)
This is gorgeous I love it!
Thank you so much! :)
Love this! Now I'm wondering what papers I might have that have full scenes, just so I can try it. I know I have a bunch that have wreaths (need to figure out how to do something with them but this is not it). Hoping to find some scenes in my stash.
I hope you have fun giving this a try! Thanks for watching :)
Love this !
Thank you :)
