Thank you for posting! This is an awesome video. I wish there were more clips of Harry doing magic on youtube. Better yet, I wish he would open up a club and perform again. He's so talented, funny and charming. LOVE HARRY ANDERSON!
I was lucky enough to see Harry Anderson perform 2 nights ago, and spend 3 hours with him last night in a private seminar (about 30 people). He is still as funny and amazing as ever. But you should see his "middle age" straight jacket escape. Hilarious (but not allowed to be filmed at our dinner... sorry guys).
Right now I am sitting here watching Night Court and have been for most of the week. I am up to season 4 right now. I forgot just how funny this show was and Harry Anderson's "Judge Harold T. Stone" character cracked me up just as much now as it did back then. Makes me wonder why Harry did not think he was an actor and did not feel like he fit in.
WOW, extremely funny. I knew Harry was a magician and comedian and combined them both but this was a first time seeing this act. VERY VERY funny and entertaining.
Oh, gosh , Harry and Leslie were such a great act . Both very talented. Harry says : "here is the lovely Leslie, my 'future ex-wife' . " I guess he was psychic . Too bad. But still nice act . Thanks for posting .
I'm so sorry--I accidentally hit the "mark as spam" button for stevenkoehler but I had meant to hit "reply". Steven's right, Harry Anderson is an all-time great. OMG I was lucky to be growing up when he was all over everything. I loved Night Court as a kid, and his appearances on Cheers--but MOSTLY, his phenomenal standup! Thank you for everything, Harry!
I agree with DrMuzic. As he said they did give Harry his own show that lasted for a long time. Perkoff makes the comment that there are some boring people here and he is one of them. All you can do is revert to name calling when someone beats you. You need to get off youtube and join the rest of us in the real world perkoff!!
Goodbye, Harry. You were the best.
Loved him!!
Best comedy magician of all time, and a damn fine actor!
I remember watching them do this routine on Saturday Night Live in the early 1980's. Damn funniest thing.
May 13, 1983
Harry inspired many in magic and comedy. He will be remembered.
I met Harry at a magic convention. He is such a great performer!!
Seeing Leslie tied to that chat made me feel ways.

LOVE HARRY ANDERSON!
You're a Wizard Harry.....
Seriously, if charm had a shape, it would be the one of Harry Anderson.
He was criminally underused on cheers.
This clip really shows the genus of Harry the Hat. Thanks for posting....he's the reason I got into magic!
Harry said Leslie is "his future ex-wife." Indeed. They divorced in 1999. So he's PSYCHIC, too!
Leslie Pollack was his wife when this was filmed. They did this act televised on Saturday Day Night Live on May 13 1983, and many times live.
Yes! She was very lovely 🌹

R.I.P. Harry, you are missed.
Yeah-One of the real "greats". In my book, THE best comedy magician. PERIOD.
My role model-and I don't care how cheesy that sounds. It's true.
I had no idea he did standup. That was a great performance. I hope I'll be able to find more of clips like that. Really excellent!
Now it's for real Beep Beep Richie. They couldn't have a better one!!!

"You tied up my wife
I gave you rope
You carried on
You tied up my date
Handled my wife real wrong
It can't take long
We don't have all night" LOL :D
Charm mixed with alot.
Harry was one of the greats. Truly missed.
I never knew Harry Anderson did magic. RIP.
he looks about 17. pretty cute, too :)
About 30 when this was recorded, born 1952.
Always cute 🥰
that was great.
Need I say more. Don't have to, you just proved it. And this bit about youtube as a social life. I have plenty of them, thank you for offering though.
@DrMuzic i thought that season 4 of night court isn't on dvd yet...
I could watch Harry insult people all day long.
@DrMuzic so where did you find season 4 online?
RIP, Harry.
Nevermind.
R.I.P HARRY ANDERSON...you're making God laugh now 😢
@oldieschick16 I do not think I am allowed to say here. But there are a ton of TV episodes you can watch right from your computer online.
I believe this was in 1982 there abouts.
hella fucken funny
He probably was a single performer who met and fell in love with his assistant, and eventually married her.
They met when they were both street performers, she was doing a mentalism act.
when was this taped?
Oh my,so young.
Where did he go?
has enyone have the rabbit in the hat video ....
uhhh ok
@DrMuzic can you message me and tell me? I am going nuts waiting for the company to release the DVDs...
so he could get out before her
10:11
i know how to to do the ping pong ball trick

9:25 it looks like she's flashing her beaver.
You paused too soon. You can see the entire lower swim suit at 10:11
Classic Harry in just one of his incarnations; he is good but I can still beat him in nine ball...
cool/lol
RIP HARRY
was this before night court.
Give or take a year.
9:25
Oh, very mature. I do not comment to babies so stop asking.
He did you dork, the show was called Night Court and it lasted 9 years. Think before you speak!
Why would he push her for?
To make it seem like he was slowing her down, and do set her up for the hopping back from behind the curtain.
BORING. Far to much yelling, far too little entertainment. Zero magic. Horrid.
