      @DishinWithDi  Před 10 lety

      s101138717 Thank you!! I'm so glad to hear someone say that about the rice dancing in the pan! So many people just cook the rice until it heated, but it really needs to fry and it takes longer at home because we don''t have those super high flames to cook over like in the restaurants. Thanks soo much for watching and for sharing that! Di ;)

    Fried rice is an important part of Asian cuisine...you did a very good job ^^ You can fry rice with tons of things like Chinese sausage, dried shrimp, BBQ pork, salted egg yolk, salted fish...or even just veggies to make vegetarian fried rice. Again, very good job ^^

    some of people in HK do not cook scrambled the egg before the fried the rice
    when fried rice almost finished then put whipping eggs to mix with rice
    And the rice , after rice cooker cook the rice, when the rice Cool down, we put it into Refrigerators to let it dry then to use it
    But your Fried rice also GREAT AND Delicious

    Just add the whisked egg at the very end. That is how the restaurants do it and it breaks up egg into small bits as you stir it in. Works like a charm and ur egg won't get rubbery from getting cold on a plate

    Hey, how about chicken fried rice, make it for us to see... My local place, the rice comes out with an yellow tint but it's NOT yellow rice. How do you get the white rice to tint yellow? The white rice is in other dishes if you buy something else.. What sauce are they using to get the light yellow tint? Never looks brown till I get home & add soy sauce... O, if you wasn't married, I would steal you away from there for your cooking, but I would be as big as an house... But O how I love those red glasses... Casey
