Do you know this???
You can access to the mall in Floor L instead of go down to LG or LGM on the Pullman Hotel Parking Elevators, because the ballroom elevators serves this floor and you can go to L on the Main Pullman Hotel Elevators and then walk and take the mall ballroom elevators to go down to a mall floor.
Floor L is the top floor of the Ballroom Elevators of Central Park Mall.

Probably P6 is a service area for the hotel (since this elevator is belong to the hotel). So that's why it is blocked in the public carpark elevator
