Puzzle: Rd1!
If black moves (to anywhere) with the c3 knight, Ba5#.
If black moves (to anywhere) with the e3 knight, Bg5#.
Using my keen smell, I managed to find brilliant moves before answers were mentioned!
1. Rxe5 (Rook is untouchable due to mate)
1. Qxd5 (REMOVING the Defender, I am relearning this motif.)
Puzzle: 1. Rd1; ...; 1. Ba5 or g5#
Puzzle solution:
Rd1
Black is in Zugzwang and Ba5# or Bg5# are unstoppable after either knight moves anywhere.
Hello Suren! I jost got home from work and heated up my late lunch. For some reason, I remembered you and your always great chess analysis, and decided to check up your channel... To find out you uploaded just 10 minutes ago!
Good luck, success and lots of positive thoughts from Zagreb 🇭🇷 !
Bon appétit friend, thanks a lot for feedback! Such a nice place to live! Have a great day ;)
@@SurenAghabekyan Thanks, Suren! Armenia has always been one of the countries by whose culture, as well as nature, I've been attracted the most. I had two friends from Yerevan, they studied here on college, and I've learnt a lot from them about your country too. Plus, speaking from chess perspective, Iron Tigran has always been my favourite player of the past (please don't go crazy on me😆, I know you like sharp players the most!). I get better results with positional play although I'm just an amateur chess lover!
Anyway, keep up a great work - and maybe we'll get lucky enough to see some more "chess in the wilderness" in the future - two of my great passions at once!
@@gibraltar5059 Thank you, thank you very much friend!!! Interesting, one can even meet Armenians living in Zagreb!! Cheers
Great analysis by Suren. Short and sweet.
Very very Amazing Checkmate!! 💎
With two hanging pieces!
Mind Blowing. Beautiful.
Masters Playing like this. 👍
Hello, Mr Suren, how R U?
Long time no see (ur videos)
Sorry 🙂
Puzzle:
Td1 🔑 move
Puzzle: I prefer Qc6. The knight must move. Then Bg5 or Ba5, checkmate.
Qc6 doesn't work (mate in two) as whichever Knight Black moves to d5 is a defense to the Bishop mate; 1.Qc6, Ncd5 2.Bh5+, Nb6, and it takes 3 moves, or 1. Qc6, Ned5 2. Bg6, Ne7 and White again needs more than 2 moves. The reason Rd1 works is the Knight on e5 becomes pinned. You have to consider why is the Rook on the board if it's not needed in the solution? that made me look for a Rook move and Rd1 is the only move.
@@steveburke1519 Ah, that's a good point. Although N to d5 does not work, since Rb8#. But Nb5 does work. Thanks for the note.
That was beautiful!!!!!!!!!
