The fundamental concept of a game is to play, not to perfectly simulate real life and its flaws. Pes13 has it all with all the short-term awards, when right decisions bring us an expected results. We don't want the ultra real situations, when the player with all the perfect condition, still can't make a good pass or mess up the finish. The recent pes take away the short-term awards, when things can go wrong even with the right decisions, just to make it more "realistic". Pes13 lives in my heart, forever.

@@sanespunk Konami developed next-gen graphics for the PES 6 that is released on X360, same goes for EA Sports which also developed next-gen graphics for X360, both of which weren't upgraded to PC and instead uses old-gen graphics used in PS2 version of the game.

PES 4 was where the animation really looked accurate to how Beckham takes his free kicks. So satisfying having the unique styles.

i prefer arcade style in Football (and Boxing and Wrestlinggames) PES 6 is fun and action. I hate pure simulation
PS2 was really and trully golden PES era! Still play them today!
On PES 2 he got a big boost in his stats and that's when he got his own unique style too.
