This is a mainland style thing. Poke bowls in Hawaii are just poke (marinated fish salad) on top of rice. On the mainland it’s like a vegetable bowl with a small bit of raw fish or if you’re lucky, actual poke but a small bit rather than being the main thing.

But I am sure you can’t cook it yourself because it is much more complicated and you need special equipments, such as tandir thing which is made by soil and you should light inside.
I promise these foods can’t be found anywhere else.

3 ingredient recipe for chicken and rice, it takes longer but it tastes soo good
First go buy chicken breast and cream of mushrooms (rice too obviously 😂)
Then grab a crockpot and cook it for about 10 hours with the cream of mushroom and you can do this however you want I like it when you’d just add it in but that’s just my opinion. Make sure to stir it up though.
Finally you can cook the rice but only for the remaining 30 min or something (however long it takes to cook rice) when the chicken is at 30 min, but after ten hours of cooking the chicken you can remove the lid and stir again. Grab a bowl and scoop out the rice into the bowl and add your deliciously soft and easy-to-cut chicken and serve.

I have a question. Another youtuber just used a frozen salmon filet in his pokebowl, thawed it overnight and popped it in there. Then i googled and found out that you can use frozen salmon as long as you freeze it for 7 days first (7 days at -4C or 1 day at around -20C). I can't tell if they mean that you can buy FRESH salmon, THEN freeze it for a week, and THEN thaw it - OR if it's okay to buy FROZEN salmon, keep it in the freezer for a week just in case, and then thaw it???????????? I know it's possible to buy cured, fresh, sushigrade salmon without the need to freeze. I also understand that most articles probably mean that you can buy salmon from the disk fresh (but not cured?), then freeze it and then thaw and use. but.... can you buy frozen?
If it is such... that i can just use the salmon filets i have in my freezer..... My whole life would be flip-turned upside down

For some reason I can't comment on your short clips but I wanted to give some feed back on your breakfasts from around the world particularly your American breakfast. Your American breakfast opinion and presentation was absolutely garbage you not only did it reak of bias against America but you didn't even make a proper American breakfast which should have consisted of a choice of either scrambled eggs amd cheddar cheese or fried eggs ,bacon ,sausage links typically either original flavor, maple flavor or my personal preference hot sausage links ,buttermilk biscuits and country style gravy and potatoes fried with onions and bell peppers or hash browns. Pancakes are typically also served but they aren't always eaten with butter or syrup some will use pancakes and layer other things onto them to make a type of sandwich for if they are in a hurry or dont feel like sitting down the entire meal is more of a smorgasbord that you can choose your preference and enjoy with a cup of coffee. Or milk. Or if you work on the farms beer. So you not only created a terrible exsample of an American breakfast while showing a clear bias against America referring to our breakfast as soulless but your presentation was garbage but you left out some of the American favorites that are the true representation of American breakfast. Your overall presentation and condescending description were probably one of the saddest excuses for anything representing American culture I've seen and I seriously don't view you as a credible representative of any of the other nations you are showing because of how bad you butchered one I am very familiar with. I'm curious if you have ever eaten breakfast in America or any of the other nations you are attempting to educate others on. Because from the looks of it you are a pretty sorry excuse for a cook in any nations cuisine. I'm also curious of your country of origin because after hearing the negative way you speak about America I'm curious what is notable about where you come from that can in any way compare to America especially considering America is the only superpower this world has ever known and I would bet my life savings that anything your country is notable for America can do it better. I am assuming you are from a European nation more than likely one that is a member of NATO in which case without american your country wouldnt even have any ability to protect itsself so you should think twice abiut the shade and disrespect you show to a nation that no matter what corner of the earth you run to you will still be in the shadow of Go F*** yourself.

@@kwesttttt not offended just disappointed in his representation of the country I am from I had been watching and was under the impression that I was actually learning about different cultures cuisine because I enjoy learning about other cultures. But when I finally saw the episode about America suddenly he had a condescending attitude towards the food and apparently the culture here and honestly I see alot of this from many nations and I don't understand why even the person who commented above you commented saying typical American like he actually knows anything about America sure we have only had like 25 years out of our entire existence without bring in a war but that's not Americans fault that is the fault of either the corrupt retards we have in leadership which is unfortunate or it the fault of other nations actual posing a legitimate threat in my opinion our government should mind their business most times but our government is really no different from other governments as in the power goes to their heads buy that's not the people's fault one thing I can tell you for sure is that america is the most charitable nation In World history when we see others suffer we do what we can to send aid. There are 30 nations including the United states in NATO which is a defense alliance and of those 30 nations the United states spends more on the alliance than all other nations combined and we have been for over 70 years if the United states were to withdraw from nato we would take over 75% of the military equipment located in Europe they would be sitting ducks yet so many people speak about us like we are horrible until it's time to fight then everyone looks our way. It's ignorant. If people think they are better than the United States please tell me how because the United States doesn't even have close to one of the best educational systems in the world yet america either outperforms or is one of the best performing nations in nearly everything and there are nations that have far larger populations than us like india and China yet even with populations topping over a billion people america still has a larger GDP by far and with a fraction of the population so how is it that so many people think they are better than us? Or why do they think they have any room to pass judgment? Americans are just people. The main difference is our ancestors had the balls to stand up to tyranny. While others coward like india again look at the size of that nation and its population yet they were ruled by the uk for nearly 200 years and yoi can't say they couldn't fight because right after the British relinquished power india and Pakistan split at the partition and they started committing genocide against each other. Yet nowadays india is still one of the main nations bad mouthing america. I just don't understand how so many nations who's citizens would give so much to come here have so much negative to say.
