I don't think they actually watch the movies they put on these lists. I think they might watch clips, but they regularly get the info for movies wrong.

I agree that the “new video every day” quota is doing more damage to this channel than good. There are so many filler videos with “hidden gems/must watch or movies that flopped” or drama related to filming horror movies. Non of which are the reason I subscribed. The primary things I want to hear about here are things in the movies. Like the fates of characters and/or villains, dark endings, mean spirited movies, unlikely survivors, twisted villains/monsters, characters who were seconds away from death/survival, characters who knew they were screwed, clever twists, jerk characters that deserved to die, things like those that actually happen in the movies. I don’t care how well a movie did or how bad the effects are or what movies are being made/remade. And enough of the hidden gems or movies that we all have supposedly never seen. That’s like half of the channel now. I can find that anywhere else on the internet and they have a whole other channel that can do that more fittingly

I'd like to nominate Stephen King's Directorial Debut and arguably his Magnum Opus Maximum Overdrive. Those who have seen this horror masterpiece know that between starting and ending the film a some special part of themselves will have been lost. The subject matter of toasters coming to life to murder people may have seemed silly at the time but in the world of Internet of Things clearly King was merely ahead of his time. While this film does have to be seen to believed it should not be viewed by those faint of heart.

Maximum overdrive is a must watch! The ending is funniest part.

I would have to say the baseball scene in Dr. Sleep. It was hard to watch as it was even harder to read that part in the book.

Really? The Shining? I saw it when it was first released and assumed I was too young to fully comprehend what was going on. I saw it again recently and, in my opinion, still doesn't deserve the praise it keeps getting. However, Wolf Creek was awesome!

Martyrs is an amazing film, but it's one I could never watch again. Once was enough.
I love Pulse/Kairo, but there's also a companion novel which explains a few things left dangling in the movie, but not too much. And yes, the scene you described is scary AF in a "Hill House" kinda way…

This one, whose title doesn’t at all match the video, is the one that made me unsubscribe. I’ve really enjoyed your content for a long time, but I have to agree with another commenter who requested fewer videos with better quality, not just churned out as fast as possible

I think the reason they were not fully monstrous looking is. They were not on Earth to actually cause harm. There is a theory they are controlling humans for our own good. To stop wars, murders crime, and make mankind happy so we do not bring ourselves to extinction.

NOPE has no horror at all. It is a slow burn, and I'm all for slow burns but NOPE is just "a movie". Not once does it delivers in the horror department, and the emotional weight of the siblings taking over the family business is just not as deep or actually emotional as to justify the hype that the movie has had.

I have to say that Gore Verbinski’s remake of The Ring is probably the worst remake in (horror) movie history. The original story (Japanese version was properly based on the novel) is completely out of the window. Just stupid.

Agreed. One of the worst, most nonsensical characters I've ever seen in a film; eg - if I was mother knowing what this videotape did (which is an implausible urband legend in itself) would I *seriously* just leave the tape lying around for my kid to see?? C'MON!!!
